出入方便房東也很好衞生總體還不錯價格略高 乾濕分離的門有個壞了需維修或者註明總體還不錯

房間很大，六個人住不成問題，床單被罩整潔度一般，希望可以及時更換。沒有一次性拖鞋等，建議自備好。

缺點：床品很一般，有味兒，裝修用心但老舊，衞生間水龍頭得維修了，樓下停車地獄級難度。優點：樓下就地鐵，出行方便，旁邊有商場，生活方便，房間比較大，寬敞舒服，作為三室的房子價格合理。
