We chose this hotel for its convenient location, as we had an early morning train departure from Harbin West Station the following day. The hotel is directly across from the station, just an 8-10 minute walk away. The staff provided excellent service and were very helpful throughout our stay. Our room was spacious and offered a fantastic street view, especially beautiful at night.

I like this hotel a lott. First is because the staff is so nice even though we don’t speak the same language. They try really hard to accommodate us. Second, the room is really comfortable. They are nice and cozy even without window. I had a good time clean myself up before next destination. And for the price, it’s worth the money. Only the location is quite a distance from the centre but it’s close to all basic services and shops that you need. Even close to the mall and good restaurants. Mind you the hotel is on the 7th floor (if I am not mistaken) so you have to go inside the red building and take the elevator to the hotel lobby.

The service response was speedy and good. However, the facilities weren’t maintained properly eg. Washing machine was dirty, the drains were blocked, no sound proof, etc…

The room was very big and spacious! I really liked the interior.
The hotel was a bit difficult to find. But it is nicely located near the train station for travelers. At first I booked a room without a window but they upgraded me for 20 rmb to a room without a window.

The hotel is 5 minutes walk away from Harbin West railway. It is a big room and with washing machine. As we are non smokers, the smoke smell was quite unbearable. For muslim, there is a halal restaurant nearby.

Very close to the West Station, just over five minutes' walk. Clean and sanitary, the room is big enough, and there is a washing machine. There are also many places to eat downstairs. I stay here every time I come to Harbin. It is very convenient to take the bus.
