I came to Harbin for a trip and booked this apar**ent-style hotel with a special offer of a king-size bed room, which was upgraded to a warm family room for free. The owner was very enthusiastic! He introduced various scenic spots in Harbin and was very thoughtful. The room was spacious and bright, and it was very convenient to eat downstairs. I will stay at his house next time

1. It was past 2am when we arrived. The guy at the front desk was very slow when checking in. He was using some software which was very strange. After getting the room card, I couldn't swipe it into the room and the alarm sounded. I called to ask and found out that I needed the password (why didn't they tell me when I checked in?) 2. The room was only reasonable for the price. The environment was very ordinary. I could only say that it was worthy of the price 3. The funniest thing was that when I checked out the next day, there was a room full of policemen. The boss was not there and the old man couldn't figure it out. He didn't even give me an invoice. Later, I asked the police and found out that their procedures were not standardized and the people who came to check their house were not there.
