Great location. So close to sophias church. Alot of places to eat nearby. Easy bus & taxi location. Friendly staff and clean rooms. The bed and pillows were very comfortable it would trap us in. And close to the railway station. South square.

Location is the only selling point. We didn’t complete our stay mainly because the bathroom stays flooded with water from somewhere else and the pillows and mattresses smelled horrendous. You can wash the thin sheets and pillow cases, but the pillows and other bedding are so soiled you can’t take away the smell. A window has no screen so my kids are covered in mosquito bites. We cleaned the fridge which smells good now, and we washed the blanket covering the dirty sofa and cover on the chair. The washing machine works and that’s wonderful. Curtains and blinds seem new, too. Some plumbing work and new pillows and mattresses will make a huge difference here.

Nice service from boss. Great location near the st. sophia church and any scenic spots. Amenities fully provide especially washing machine. Worth the price.

Location is great but the toilet is soaked in water after a bath. There is stains on the beddings and water is cloudy. Other than these, all is fine.

It's OK. The self-service check-in is quite convenient. The environment is OK. It's close to Sofia's central street. The price is OK. The water is hot. It's not noisy. I'll come again if I have the chance.

The room was very cozy, with blue being my favorite color. The curtains were electric and double-open, very modern, and the room was fully equipped with everything you need. Most importantly, the location was perfect, very close to Hagia Sophia and an easy walk to Central Street. Excellent value for money!

However, I accidentally booked a smoking room, and it smelled strongly of cigarette smoke and a stale, old smell. I ventilated it for two hours but it still wouldn't go away, and the air conditioning wasn't cooling enough. The 28-degree weather was unbearable, so I reluctantly checked out.
