Nice service from boss. Great location near the st. sophia church and any scenic spots. Amenities fully provide especially washing machine. Worth the price.

Location is great but the toilet is soaked in water after a bath. There is stains on the beddings and water is cloudy. Other than these, all is fine.

進門必須關三下才能關上，輕關不好使，但是看出來是新裝修了，一進房間就很大的甲醛味，而且特別熱，訂房間顯示有空調衹能製冷，到了空調開不了，窗户能開一點點縫，沒有一次性拖鞋，床頭是做了一個背景燈，特別大，躺床上一個不注意就磕腦袋，枕套黃的床單都不是一個顏色，還特別不隔音，隔壁喝酒喊到1點半，8點樓上開始裝修，房間沒網，蹭別的房間無線，投影也不穩定，手機連都時有時無，下次來哈爾濱是不會住了

原來給差評的人已經很委婉了！私人小公寓 不是正規的酒店 836元的價格 18樓 冰箱是臭的 開一下門整個房間就噁心了 設施不能説是陳舊 是破爛不堪 床底下全是垃圾 淋浴不乾濕分離也就算了 噴頭是壞的 洗衣機蓋子全是灰加污漬 兩張床其中一張沒有床頭.... 從來沒想到過酒店能噁心成這樣

房間不錯，屋裡特別暖和甚至有點熱，而且風景特別好，樓下就是聖索菲亞大教堂，還有賣衣服帽子的，距離中央大街也很近，外賣可以直接送到樓上。

非常非常糟糕的一次體驗。1.命名為曼哈頓公寓，但實際上運營為私人老闆民宿，影響了我對它品質的期待。2.衞生很差，床上灰塵毛髮都有，杯子也全是污漬。3.熱水器洗衣機均有問題，沒有熱水，洗衣機沒有脱水（我有視頻顯示熱水器是打開的）。4.頁面顯示24小時前台也沒有
