Nice hotel near heilongjiang university subway station, the room quite big n clean. The staff also very helpful n polite. The only thing that i don't like is the smell of the cigarettes from the other room.

The actual room look totally different with the profile, i stayed at 5 fl., bad smells of cigarettes and mala/food. I stayed 4 days and none of the day room were clean out. Room very dark and toilet was not clean. None of them speak english very hard to communicate

After entering the room, neither the TV nor the internet worked. They said the fiber optic cable was broken. They could only change the room for two men to a double room. How could two men live there? Forget it. We took a shower and went to sleep. After washing, the bathroom floor was full of water, and it seeped into the room. They said the sewer was blocked and someone was arranged to clean it. The worst thing was that after cleaning the water on the floor, they actually used the bathroom towel to wipe the floor... Do you dare to stay in a hotel with such hygiene and service?

The room was awful clean, the board at the head of the bed was covered in dust. You could see it when you opened your eyes while lying in bed.

This was inconsistent with the free parking indicated in the hotel facilities. I felt that I had been deceived. If it hadn't been written that free parking was provided, I wouldn't have chosen this hotel. This aspect should be given a negative review! Friends who drive here must not choose this restaurant.

There is no TV in the room. The special offer room clearly states the preferred room type, and we booked two. I called one day in advance and specifically emphasized that I wanted a king-size bed and a twin-size bed room, and they said they would reserve it. When I arrived at the hotel, I was told that I could only stay in a king-size bed. Not recommended.

The hours are not clearly marked. The room was booked incorrectly and no refund was given. The staff did not call to inquire about the situation before I arrived. This is a black hearted business.
