Havelock Harmony Resort

Cleanliness was not proper. Bathroom was stinking. Service was very poor. They are giving breakfast but no option to choose. Only positive radhanagar beach is near to resort.

The stay was good. Room was very good. Location was also good. Overall stay was good. However, there was a problem with drainage of basin in bathroom. The water was spreading in the bathroom for some time. Rest was good. Mr. Hassan was also very friendly.

The hotel was just excellent. We liked the hospitality of the hotel staff. The rooms were clean and hygienic. Overall a wonderful experience.

The location was very good and the place just ok. People in charge were nice. I recommend if you want to have the best beach in havelock at walking distance with a good price.

This room has never been cleaned... We've had the fan on and I've been sneezing and coughing, I thought it was because I was allergic to the cat, however, I think it's because the fan is THICK with dust! It hasn't been cleaned for a very long time, and neither has the bathroom... You can barely see yourself in the mirror.. I hate to complain, and I'm not expecting high standards in the middle of the Island... But we did expect it to be at least clean. We can't use the fan, the toilet was broken. There was thick dirt and dust behind the pillows, the pillows themselves were an indescribable colour 🤢 We tried to complain and leave that night but no-one answered our messages. We felt ill the next morning and got no sleep. This place is a health Hazzard! The toothbrush holder in the bathroom looked like it has never been cleaned and had a cm of other people's spit at the bottom, with old toothpaste hardened round the outside! We refused to pay (I've never done that) but they ruined our holiday!

The rooms were good and up to standard. However, the food was mediocre at best. Not worth the price. We had an early check-out the next day and hence asked to be included for the breakfast buffet the previous day. They denied the request and told us that we could have our breakfast packed for the next day. All we had to do was place an order. When we went to place our breakfast order, we realised that there was no choice. It was a standard veg sandwich, boiled egg and two bananas. This is definitely not what is expected from a 3 star resort with prices as high as they are. If the packed breakfast was so limited why couldn't the resort just have allowed us to eat the breakfast buffet the previous day? we paid for it! overall not happy with the place. Will not recommend to anyone.
