鶴壁最高的樓 ，房間是落地大窗 ，可以看見淇河， 前台婷婷熱情 ，有問必答 ，會再次入住的。

酒店位置很方便出遊旅行，離高速出口很近，停車方便。酒店設施齊全，乾淨衞生，服務周到，房間超大，在房間就能欣賞淇河美景。

酒店前台在32層，早餐廳在37層，整體高端大氣上檔次，乾淨衞生，價格實惠，夜景很美。這樣的酒店讓我感到了鶴壁市的誠意。在清明節假日期間，周圍的開封，新鄉還有安陽等城市酒店價格普遍都貴了不少，唯有鶴壁市酒店便宜很多。我特意住在隔壁而不是周圍的城市。以後還來鶴壁住！

這是一場意外之旅中的驚喜，本來打算一頭扎進太行山呢，結果路上堵的水泄不通，我們就從山裡轉悠出來了，無意中溜達到了鶴壁，住進了這家酒店，真的是又美又壕，賓館視野開闊，風景俱佳，設施乾淨整潔，盡顯高檔品位，早餐簡單卻也豐盛，下次還來這座城，這家酒店

從京港澳高速下來休息，選了這一家，沒想到完全踩雷
1. 衞生：
太差！！！建議老闆重視一下衞生問題！
洗漱台前的地板上粘粘的，不知道是什麼液體，也沒有拖乾淨。
牆柱的油漆上有黃色的液體斑痕。
我們入住時是下午六點左右，保潔清掃的毛巾被單就堆在電梯到前台路上的一個推車上，有的毛巾還掉在很臟的地毯上，看着特別糟心。但凡有一點精力換住處，也不會辦入住的。
2. 設施：
這個是最大的槽點，看圖二
淋浴房下面沒有很好的封閉水，洗了澡出來，發現外面被水淹了。
我拿地巾擦了十多分鐘，殘留水痕還是很滑，如圖一，我們三個人從卧室走到洗漱台，都差點摔倒！！
於是我拿衞生紙一點點鋪在地上，如圖二，才稍微好些。
要麼就把浴室封閉做好，
要麼就在洗漱台附近加地漏，
要麼換洗漱台地板的材質！
反正有一個顧客摔壞了，就不是換新這麼簡單的問題了
3. 安全：
外賣小哥在半夜快到十二點敲對面的房門送外賣。
雖然這棟樓是跟別的住户共用，但外來人員不能進到客房區，保障顧客的人身安全，這個是必須的，前台不能攔住嘛？不能在公共區域設定一個放外賣的枱子嗎？
總之，不是一個美好的入住體驗，非常不推薦
