出差很多，經常住酒店，沒有住過這麼差這麼不順心的。前台服務非常差，態度也是。訂的是大床，下午兩點入住告知大床沒有了，強行給我換了雙床房，沒有房間那怎麼能訂？告訴前台我們開車了，提前也反覆問了停車場在哪，明明知道我開車的情況下，沒有告訴出門要停車票，也不願意送下來，還嘴硬説已經告訴了。真的是服氣。
一個酒店，沒有什麼值錢的擺設，就要收300元按金，也沒見更好的酒店收或者收這麼多。到時間退房，也説了房卡在房間裏，自己沒有在去12點或者14點去敲門確認，單方強行扣我按金。真就是不建議出差的時候入住這裏，非常麻煩。
另外，酒店的花灑水壓根本不夠，牙刷質量一般，還掉毛，衞生更加一般。

確實位置跟酒店的名字一樣，在鬧市區歸隱得很好，看到酒店牌子但正門半天看不到在哪兒，建議在入口再貼個引導牌。酒店服務衞生都不錯，周圍吃飯購物太方便，白天廣場比較吵還好晚上安靜了。酒店設施中，開門後地面有個門吸位置不太合理，我被絆了兩跤，後來拿行李架擋上才不會踩到它，建議不要這個門吸。

在老式居民樓裏面，空調不可以調節風向，直吹兩天，燈光暗，確實挺歸隱的，房間裏的水收費的，阿姨第二天拿來的水沒説是收費的，還有一些用品也收費的
