首先中午辦理入住，通知電腦系統破了，沒有辦入住，直接開門，不給房卡入住。先諒解了，總有電腦破的情況對不對，那趕快維修啊。結果到了晚上還是沒有辦法辦理入住。也就是到退房，我們是沒有辦過入住的，非常不合規。所以進去房間出門需要客房那個阿姨來開門。後來發現門反鎖防盜那邊還是破的，多虧深夜維修師傅來修理（服務原來是不及格的，因為這個師傅的好態度勉強給三星）。然後室內有煙味，特別床頭煙味嗆鼻，不知道是沒有擦乾淨還是什麼原因。被套還是有破洞的，難以對得起這個價格。關鍵到最後離開酒店，酒店方沒有任何歉意。

不太想吐槽了，空調冷氣製冷不了，房間温度27度，晚上根本睡不着，打電話和前台説，前台説可以調一下，結果還是沒用，根本睡不了，熱的要死
