The Langham Hefei

Booked three rooms for my clients, and our butler Mindy contacted us in advance to make arrangements. She even managed an upgrade for us! 👍👍 Absolutely fantastic service! The rooms were clean and tidy, and my clients were very satisfied! I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future stays and will be sure to contact Mindy for arrangements! 👍

Traveling with a child, the manager helped us request a complimentary breakfast for the little one. They also provided lower pillows for sleeping. The entire hotel smells lovely, and the light pink theme is very cozy and welcoming.

Staying at The Langham Hefei was a great experience! The hotel's location is fantastic, right next to MixC shopping mall, making it super convenient for getting around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

The Langham Hefei is definitely worth staying at! The lobby is beautiful, and the rooms are spacious and bright with great views from the floor-to-ceiling windows. The soundproofing is excellent, ensuring a very good night's sleep! Jane provided attentive and detailed service, really going the extra mile. It offers great value for money, highly recommended!

The room arrangement was excellent this time. 👍 Before my arrival, Mindy, the butler, contacted me in advance to ask about my room preferences and helped arrange everything beforehand, including a room upgrade with a bathtub. It was all very convenient. If I needed anything, I just had to contact Mindy. I'll definitely choose this hotel again if I have the chance to visit in the future! 👍

Overall, my stay was quite pleasant. Mindy, the butler, contacted me in advance to help arrange my room. I got a high-floor, sun-facing room. During my stay, I could reach out to Mindy for anything I needed, and she even helped deliver my takeout promptly to my room. Just a suggestion: the power outlets in the room could be more up-to-date, with more Type-C ports. That would be even better! The executive lounge and breakfast were also decent. I'll definitely contact Butler Mindy again when I return. 😊

This stay was fantastic! The hotel's service is excellent, especially our butler, Mindy. Our room was on a high floor with a great view, and Mindy was always available if we needed anything. There were a few minor issues during our stay, but Mindy resolved them promptly. The hotel restaurant had really good food, so we even booked the buffet for dinner later. Mindy was also very enthusiastic and helpful in coordinating everything. I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Hefei!

An absolutely wonderful Spring Festival trip and stay! Everything was excellent, especially the hotel's top-notch service.
