Nicely appointed hotel. Rooms are clean and modern. Shower pressure is good. Pretty views and location is quiet. Overall, staff were professional, helpful and attentive. Only problem is that breakfast stopped at 10:am but was down at 9:45am but all the food and breakfast selection was removed- they were rushing to close up and prepare for lunch. So maybe better to say “last serving for breakfast at 9:30am”, instead of “breakfast until 10:00.

I used to stay at Pullman during the first years it opened. Today, the lobby is cold, the Christmas tree is small and ugly (not like it used to be), carts with packages and boxes everywhere, the rooms have not been touched up for maintenance. The surrounding area has been gated so access to the lake is difficult, the neighborhood around it is lonely, dark and poorly maintained. Unfortunately, I was quite disappointed. I would discard the hotel from my short vacay options in the future.

Comfortable, spacious and neat. We enjoyed fantastic views of the waterfront, was well within walking distance of the shopping district and was pleased with the gym and executive lounge facilities on offer.

The only negative point was the room. It was not the standard what I expect from this kind of hotel. Lamps was fixed with silicone. The rain shower was not working. Beside those issues, the hotel was top.

Friendly staff and good environment. the lake view is breathtaking and the hotel is near the mall area and other conveniences. the breakfast isn’t the best but alright. some amenities inside the room feels like could have been better. overall, lovely stay and great location. 👍

Came to Hefei and stayed at Pullman. The service was first-class, the front desk guy! The room was clean, the breakfast was also good, with a wide variety.

Except for the breakfast, I was not satisfied with anything else. The shower head in the bathroom was broken, and the one on the right of the reading light was also broken. There was not even a luggage rack in the room. That's fine, it's okay if the clothes are not folded neatly, at least they should be spread out. They just kneaded them all together, which I can tolerate. The most unbearable thing is that they put the floor mat on the bath towel I brought with me. Is this a lack of common sense or too little regard for customers? Is this how Pullman treats guests? They even sent a text message to give a good review. It seems that the good reviews are all brushed out in this way! I usually hate reviews the most when staying in a hotel, but I can't help but complain a few words.

The environment is very beautiful. I ran around the area in the morning. There are many types of breakfast, but the taste is average, and there are not many that I can eat. The hardware facilities are fine, after all, it is a newly opened hotel. I upgraded to an executive room, and the service is perfect. There are also charging piles around, which is very convenient for tram users.

I originally planned to stay in another hotel after two days, but I finally renewed my reservation. The room was a little flawed, but the advantages outweighed the disadvantages - the rich breakfast, the open executive lounge, the beautiful and quiet environment, it is still worth choosing again.

Hygiene: clean and tidy Environment: nice Hani, the front desk receptionist, was warm and thoughtful. I will choose this hotel next time I stay.

The scenery outside the window is beautiful. The hotel group trail is very long. It takes more than half an hour to walk around. There are wild ducks and small fish in the lake. I will come again next time

Very good, good environment, rich breakfast, close to the free Hefei Sunac Park, the hotel has its own garden, convenient parking, various facilities, swimming and fitness, Chinese and Western food are very beautiful
