B&B Hotel Heidelberg Reviews

Was supposed to be a non smoking room but the smoke stench in the bathroom is off putting. Also already pre paid through Trip but for some reason unknown, was charged a second time pending hotel receiving from Trip.

Suitable if you drive. It’s still few Km away from the main attractions. Clean and large room, friendly staffs.

Fine hotel, cheap, simple and effecient. Airco in room and ameneties such as towels and soap default present. Breakfast nice and accoording to price. Hotel just needs a little more neatness as I remembered it years ago when new, difficult but achievable

The reception staff were friendly and allowed me to store my luggage before check-in and after check-out, and the room was nice!

The breakfast is good, the environment is OK, free parking, we went directly to the castle early in the morning, it is not far from the castle, 6 minutes drive, it is still very convenient to travel

When I tried to leave my backpack in the morning, they let me check in. The room key was numbered and I could check out without going through the front desk.

It offers satisfactory accommodation with certain standards and facilities. You don't encounter any surprises

Before departure, I emailed to request a quieter room, but I was assigned a room facing the road. The soundproofing was not good and you could hear vehicles passing by. The sound insulation is really bad, the water pipe is very loud, and the sound of showering/flushing toilets in other rooms is very clear and lasts all night. I booked two rooms with the same order. The front desk was not open when I arrived and I could only check in by myself. Only the information of one room could be obtained, and in the end I had to wait for more than an hour to obtain another room.

The only thing I've never experienced is that we couldn't make breakfast because everything was booked. The guests had to queue. The hall was full.

It was clean and comfortable. It was nice to have free parking nearby.

Very good, but the room is a bit small

The service is warm and the buffet breakfast is not expensive. The room is clean and tidy, and the children especially like it.
