帶孩子出行，體驗一般，海拔3000米左右，我住的房間沒有電視，微信管家回覆很慢或無回覆.環境在周邊的住宿同比下算是一流，星星能看得見，也很多，希望加強培訓，前台不要因為打遊戲耽誤工作.

酒店這種風景不説了，沒幾個地方有，本地的叔叔很熱情很好，酒店乾淨 暖氣很足無可挑剔！上酒店的公路真的很嚇人，建議酒店可以派車接，我們本來準備去達古冰川。結果到了酒店 硬是不敢再開車下山 一天都在酒店待着，唯一的可以提升就是早餐！這種級別的民宿，早餐一人一份，孩子想多吃點麪服務員還不樂意，説實話還不如直接收費算了

這趟旅程最期待的酒店，上山的路確實有點驚險，但正常老司機開完全沒問題。酒店是一所3200海拔的望着雪山的酒店，環境很震撼，絕對要去一次。我住6號嘍，晚上看到很多星星，超開心，所有服務員服務都很好，很熱心，特別是管家小美女，很耐心幫助我們，還拍了藏服照，不錯。酒店有一所餐廳，環境好好，出品很不錯，早餐也是很豐盛的，下次打算秋天紅葉時再去住一次！

秋季看紅葉來到黑水'住在這個高山上的酒店，外觀風景都是一流，遠處的雪山，近處的紅葉，很出片。不過房間超級不隔音，隔壁説啥一清二楚，本來酒店手機信號就差，wifi信號也不好，房間設計的一般，各種窗簾，都要手動，很不科學。再説服務，熱情是有的，可是沒有服務意識，賣這麼貴的酒店，和客户需要的差距太大了，加強培訓吧！

酒店在海拔3000米左右，餐廳在海拔2950米。景色很好，房間也很温暖。車可以停到酒店門口，儘量少走路。餐廳的火鍋推薦。炒菜沒有點，看起來菜量不小。

晚上1點到6點停電，沒有提前説。這個差評。
房間沒有電視，沒有冰箱，設施差評，正好世界盃晚上看書不方便。

跟大型酒店集團不能比，但是貴在服務誠懇熱情。酒店提前開好了暖氣，還有加熱馬桶墊，讓寒風中進屋的我們倍感温馨。要改進的地方還有很多，比如既然要爬坡，就應該在樓底下直接設前台和飯堂，而不是讓客人寒風中爬坡走大量的階梯。但是總體對酒店還是滿意的，希望你們越來越好，加油加油！

房間很乾凈，各類設施非常齊全，星空房的景色太震撼了，要不是因為形成原因，真的想再住一晚。專屬管家南江小姐姐也非常貼心，由於我們入住時間晚了，還特地打過來提醒，第二天早上也很貼心地在餐廳門口迎接，併為我們介紹餐廳和餐食，總體來説是非常滿意的一次體驗~
