房間很大，位置很好，算標誌性建築了，當天碰上兩對結婚的，心情也好很多。就是房間隔音效果差些，對面公園那叫一個熱鬧。好在晚上還安靜。

下午3點左右辦的入住，在主樓旁邊，一開門，房間地上有些還有水跡，打掃得馬虎，房價顯得太貴，停車場很大而且免費，自駕方便，出遊路過臨時訂的。

紅林的最突出特點就是房間的舒適度，追求的是奢華享受的感覺，加濕器、智能馬桶、小點心、水果盤、床品等等細節處處體現着對顧客的呵護
需要反饋的兩個問題:
1.花灑出水太慢，並且冷熱不均；
2.拾到顧客的物品不歸還

非常差的一種體驗設施非常陳舊馬桶是壞的滲水，前台服務冷淡被子很薄南方沒有暖氣被子就應該厚一點，房間衹有13℃沒有暖風空調冷的一晚上沒睡好，早餐太一般了總之和這個星級不相符
