We really enjoyed the pool, gym and fussball tables. It was very colorful and the breakfast had plenty choices. The room was clean and updated. Staff was friendly.

We had such an excellent stay here! The hotel was very clean throughout. The manager and front desk clerks were exceptionally kind and friendly. The rooms are pretty sparse, but we didn’t miss any of the frills and the beds were really comfy. We enjoyed the all day coffee bar in the lobby. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, but the buffet area was clean and well stocked. The only drawbacks to this hotel were that the rooms aren’t sound proofed super well, so hall noise and noise from other rooms was a little loud. In addition, the hotel is located in a residential neighborhood and not in walking distance to restaurants. The hotel does a nice job of providing convenience foods for sale in the lobby, but an onsite restaurant would be so great here.

We had a great time, free breakfast was good, place was clean, check in and out was super easy. Plenty of parking. Only 2 downfalls- 1) pool was so heavily chlorinated that my daughter's bathing suit changed color! 2) WiFi wasn't free unless you were an honors member!?! What's up with that?! Oh yeah and games in lobby were a great add on

The property is located conveniently close to many large attractions in the area, the staff was very helpful, and the room was well maintained and clean. Very nice home away from home!

Our room at Tru was small but neat. I did miss having a dresser and closet, but there were shelves for our clothes. I was also hoping for a recliner. Our granddaughter enjoyed the pool and we all enjoyed the breakfast downstairs, but there were no pastries.

The hotel was very nice and modern. The rooms were simplistic, but nice. Plenty of parking. Great location with a view of Hershey (Although you could see into residential homes adjacent to the property). When we checked in, I asked the staff at the desk if they put the 2 complimentary waters in our room since I am a Silver member and he said it didn't matter because I booked through a 3rd party, even though when I entered the room, on the TV it said "Welcome Angela Silver Member). He did end up giving me the bag of 2 waters anyway, it was just a little strange. Also, there were many times no one was at the front desk. There is a nice array of snacks and drinks to purchase and there was no one at the desk several times. It was actually a little creepy.
