Just absolutely regular resort, nothing special at all. The food is flat and the drinks are very poor. Even if you go to (only one) all-inclusive al a carte restaurant you will get same food as in buffet and some special meals for money. Small crowded pool and no service on the beach. In general, it's rate 3 out of 5, but it's still completely overpriced.

Family of 4 stayed here for 1 week. Beautiful hotel, beautiful grounds and landscaping. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Food was good, wide and varied selection.Rooms were very nice and good size, lots of storage. Nice pools, lovely comfy loungers (very nice touch). Private beach was lovely. Access to the facilities in the joining hotel was fab (waterpark). There are some extra touches that are just fab, like the air compressor near the shop to inflate floaties. We felt the entertainment could have been better - the entertainment available was good but limited - having somewhere to have drinks that has a dancefloor and plays music would have been good. We either went into town or next door for entertainment. Alcohol - the cocktails could be made better. The overall quality of drinks could be better. We were all inclusive plus but did not get branded alcohol - I had 1 or 2 drinks per day but often didn’t finish them as they didn’t taste nice. Overall, this is an excellent place to stay and my points of improvement are very specific to my likes. I would definitely recommend staying here and if I visit Crete again, I would book this hotel.

Great spa with lovely service, Cretan treatment was absolutely lovely and relaxing, pressure was exactly what I needed. My therapist Ioanna was so sweet and her hands are like magic! Amazing! I highly recommend to anyone who visits Lyttos Mare.

Our stay was fantastic, with many highlights. The food was exceptional (the a la carte restaurant, as well as the buffets), the brand-new facilities were impeccably clean, and check-in was seamless, with a staff member ready to greet us upon arrival. The offered drinks were also really good and the all inclusive package includes a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks. I didn't miss anything there. The gym was top notch, and my absolute standout was trainer Nikos. He went above and beyond, offering invaluable training tips, always being there to help, and acting as a spotter during workouts. It was a pleasure to train with him. The only minor inconvenience was the limited beach towel exchange hours (10:00-15:00), but it didn’t detract from an otherwise outstanding experience.

Great Hotel. Everything seems and feels new. Great staff . Big + for Nikos ar the gym. Not so loud and the brac is great . You can use beach from Lyttos beach with more sand. The entertainment was a little low quality and was based more on music and relaxation.

Jessie was fantastic, extremely friendly, very thorough, and really welcoming overall. The spa was a wonderful experience that I would recommend to any visitors. The products used were very soothing and the staff were all very friendly. My massage therapist Jessie was very skilled and I feel much better leaving than when I entered.

This was the best Hotel I’ve stayed in aboard. It was very clean and maintained the whole 12 days we were there. Fantastic Staff making us feel welcomed and at home. Especially Antonios, Alexandria., and Vasillis. Sorry if i miss spelled anyone’s names. The room wats well kept and the air conditioning was great. My favourite was the beach and sea. Clear warm water with a well maintained beach. So please we found this place on trip advisor. Please see some of my photos.

The place is gorgeous and the ambiance is perfect. I had a massage with Katrina and not only that she had really good technique but she was really friendly and nice. I totally recommend the hotel and spa for a special holiday. Amazing food, staff and service
