GGuava GrootThe front desk staff gave a very detailed introduction at check-in, and a bellman helped carry our luggage from the ground floor to the lobby.
In addition to breakfast, the hotel also provides afternoon tea on the 12th floor, which is even available on the day of check out a thoughtful touch for guests waiting for evening flights.
The welcome drink and snacks were lovely and unique.
Our reserved room had a clear view of the lively streets outside Bến Thành Market. The bathroom was well-equipped with bath salts, bathrobes and jacuzzi. All drinks in the minibar were complimentary, and although the hair dryer was not a famous brand, it worked extremely well.
Breakfast was fairly standard, but they also offered an à la carte menu with various Vietnamese specialties.
The hotel’s design and artistic atmosphere are impressive. On the day we checked out, the afternoon tea service even featured a live band performance, which made the experience even more memorable.
Overall, I would love to return and will recommend this hotel to friends visiting Ho Chi Minh City. Thank you for giving us such a wonderful stay.

GGuest UserThe Grand Hotel Saigon is located at the business area of the Ho Chi Minh City and very close to the Theatre, the Independence Palace, Art galleries, etc. Very convenient to navigate these places if you're interested, and we did! Very clean hotel and the services were very professionally done. Breakfast is served, and it's excellent. Friendly staff, ready to help with anything. As a family of three, we loved it and this is one holiday trip that I could repeat, no problems!

GGuest UserSecond time I stayed here and I think I’ll use this hotel for any future trips to HCM. The reason why? Because of the very polite and helpful staff. I asked for early check in and my room was already prepared when I arrived at 11am. Also when I had to repack my suitcase (as I was already checked out) they let me use the meeting room near the lobby and brought me a drink. I also had to reserve a meeting room on short term and they immediately arranged it for me. The only minus is the shower: it is an “open” bathroom so when you use it the floor becomes wet so you need to be careful not to wear socks or slip.

BBiersanglvluLe Méridien lives up to its reputation; the brand itself guarantees perfection! The room was spotless and well-equipped with excellent amenities. The hygiene was also top-notch, the environment was superb, and the service was warm and attentive. Check-in was quick, efficient, and enthusiastic. Overall, it was a fantastic stay! It's especially great for business trips, family vacations, or romantic getaways. All in all, I highly recommend it to everyone! I'll definitely be back if I have the chance, and I'll make it a regular spot!

LLet’s Go Solo!Beds a bit hard but otherwise Hotel was great. Good location able to walk to most places. Close to many places to eat and food street. Loved the rooftop bar and pool. Great place to relax after a long day.

M Hotel Saigon has a very convenient location with lots of shopping and dining options nearby, and getting around is easy with Grab. The staff were very friendly and helpful, the hotel was clean, and the room was about 390 sq ft spacious and comfortable, especially for couples. The open-style bathtub and toilet inside the room added a romantic touch. At night there is a small red-light area nearby, but the neighborhood still felt safe overall. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

XXUThis place is absolutely fantastic! If you're looking for a private apartment that's super close to Landmark 81, this is an ideal choice. It's just a few minutes' walk to Landmark 81, which is incredibly convenient. The apartment is also very well-suited for remote work; we spent several days working comfortably from there. Jason is also a fantastic host. Highly recommended!

HHisNameIsBenIt's a little dated, but it's charming. Breakfast was fairly good, a standard selection, but well prepared. Pool was refreshing to escape the heat. Just a little pricey for its location, but that's perhaps me having not been to Vietnam for over 12 years.
