This hotel is the worst hotel in Vietnam: 1: We booked a deluxe room for two nights. We were only given a regular room when we checked in, and they didn't help us change rooms the next night. 2: Breakfast is included in the stay. In fact, breakfast is not provided on both mornings. 3: There are no toothpaste, toothbrushes or towels after check-in. 4: After taking a shower, the water flows directly into the room, and we have to do some cleaning to sweep the water out. 5: Mineral water was not provided on the second night. Even if we asked the front desk, we were not given any. 6: The service attitude at the front desk was extremely poor. We were not given a room on the first night we checked in, and we were asked to cancel by ourselves. After talking for more than half an hour, we were assigned a regular room with no windows, and we booked a deluxe room. . The newly renovated small apar**ent is exquisite and has everything you need. The pillows, bed and quilt are all very comfortable. Suitable for a long stay, very convenient, surrounded by various restaurants and roadside snacks. Particularly worth mentioning is the hostess, who provided us with the help we needed, especially after she found my personal medicines left in the house and delivered them to me at the airport through a series of complicated operations.
