My partner and I traveled to Vietnam for our monthsary and began our trip by staying at Chill Suites for a few days to explore District 1 before moving to La Vela Saigon, our main hotel. Chill Suites is in a great location, with popular attractions like Ben Thanh Market and Bui Vien Walking Street nearby. Restaurants are within walking distance, and there’s a Circle K conveniently located right below the building. The staff and security were friendly and accommodating, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. However, the room wasn’t soundproof, and we had to take the stairs from the 5th to the 6th floor where our room was located. The room offered a lovely city view but lacked amenities like a microwave or laundry facilities. On our checkout day, there was a power outage in District 1, but the staff kindly helped carry our luggage from the 6th floor to the ground floor, which we truly appreciated. While there are security cameras, we noticed that there is no one looking after the entrance/reception after midnight. It would be better if the area had more active security during late hours to ensure safety.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and checkout were easy and were able to leave bags on the last day so we could still explore.

As always, Chill Suites is my go to location in HCM. Friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms. The security guard is a great guy.

The staff was very kind and helpful. The room was clean and it's very close to the airport, perfect for those on a budget looking to explore the city.

Located in District 1 which is the center of HCMC. Near to food vendors and 15-30 minutes walk to malls. The housekeeping will not enter your room to do any cleaning unless you inform the receptionist rea. We stayed in room 2D, and if you don't like to be waken up by noisy pigeons then suggest you request for different room. Bed is comfortable and they provide 4 pillows in which I love it as I'm a pillow higher when I sleep.

Very good staff ! Very friendly. We have a little issue of bugs but they offer us the taxi for free to the airport . Appreciate that 💗 . We sleep very well at night . Very quite . Recommend 🤩

Excellent location with Kmart, noodles and Bahn mi at door step. Should have better pest control.

Location wise this hotel is located in the center of district 1. You can easily walk to supermarket, the walking street, local coffee shops and street food stalls. I suggest you try street food rather than eating to some fancy restaurants. The food was all good and really tastes authentic less the cleanliness haha but I mean street foods should be somehow look like that right. Our room was downgraded from deluxe with cityview to deluxe because of the ac is not working, but the staff are kind enough to give back 100k vnd per day. The staffs are all nice and helpful 10/10 definitely recommend for friends and family. ❤️

To sum up, it is a wonderful hospitality experience. We stayed in room 6D which is with the wide space and excellent view to the city street. Moreover, the staff is very nice and willing to help you if you got problems. There is a convenient store right downstairs. Super great for us. Thank you to all the staff.

Fantastic hotel with spacious and well-appointed suites. The location next to the park was ideal for morning walks.

My first time in Vietnam with this hotel , first we would like to book only 1 night and then we decided to extend to the other nights. Location: good, near Bui Ven Pub street , not far from central market you can walk 10mn or go by grab. Under the hotel has a mart , you can buy everything, also noodle soup for both side of the hotel , local market, pharmacy, fast food, drink shop. You not get hungry . The room size: not big not small , still have more space for both side of the bed, the bed is soft and comfy for me also the blanket. Bathroom: big enough and you have more space for all your make up under the labour. You get hot and cold towel. The towel is a bit too small , no face towel , floor mate is too small , no face tissue. Refrigerator: no smell but not cold . The aircon is a bit noisy, the room soundproof is not so good, in the morning you can hear people walk pass by or when the HK do their job. The staff: friendly, helpful, can speak good English. So my opinion for the hotel is 8/10

The room is big and comfortable. Bathroom is spacious too. There's a coffee machine for brewing espresso and Latté coffee. There are many restaurants around including Vietnamese, vegan, Chinese (Ama Kitchen), Banh Mi, etc. There's a night market nearby (just across the street) and Bui Vien Night Walking Street. September 23rd Park is just about 100m away, where you can see many people doing exercises (walking, jogging, qigong, dancing and singing) in the morning and evening.
