The location is perfect. It is quite close to Airport. It also close to HCM City landmark : General Post Office. The hotel breakfast is amazing with lots of varieties. Staff are quite helpful & patient . The room is spotless & nice decoration.

Very near to airport, location is good, quite alot of options of food for breakfast, but the spa massage was abit amateur...

Fully recommend for this hotel as in price is reasonable, very clean and tidy. I will book this hotel again for my next trip.

The hotel was very clean and good.Its in a good location and near to the airport. Duong was very helpful from guest relation team and fulfilled my request, it was nicely arranged for my spouse bday request and timely coordinated with me.

The place is nice and clean, but you will hear car horns all the time. It might be a challenge for me. It's a new experience. And I also went to use the spa massage service. I chose the Thai massage program, which was not at all like a Thai massage. I feel very bad about it.

No complaint. Nice hotel, clean room, delicious breakfast with lots of choices. Highly recommended. We will definitely use it again when we come back.

A big room with a nice view. Near the conference within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Many restaurants nearby the hotel. It's very convenient.

We’ve spent one night in the executive suite and it was very nice. Very polite and supporting staff, a lot of space, nice pool on the top, good gym and breakfast with a lot of choice. Thanks a lot :)

Hotel should have trained staffs more. I booked 3 rooms, I arrived 9:30am, I asked for just 1 room to be checked in early because we have elderly and infant. But the girl with brace name My only simply says that I cant check in early, she then mentioned, if I need to, i have to pay extra. I quite undertabd the check in/check out time. I only ask as if it’s possible to check in early but staff should have given a better reasons. In general staffs in this hotel are not so friendly. I ordered dinner which took 1h.40mn to never completed all the order. This is my second stay, and I’m not gonna come back again.

Everything was good except that we had an issue with one of the concierge staff. We rang concierge at 9am and ask for late check out and a female staff told us that extension until 3pm would cost us additional charges base on 30% of room value for the day (660k vietnamese dong base on that day’s rate). When i went down to make payment, I asked if an extension to 4pm would be the same as 3pm and I got a firm answer yes which was 30% of the room value (660k vietnamese dong). I paid this amount in cash and told the lady concierge staff that I would like an extension to 4pm. At 3.10pm I got a call from a male concierge staff asking me why I have not checked out. I inform them that my extension was until 4 and they told me that extension until 4 is base on 50% of room value( 1.1 million vietnamese dong) and they wanted to charge me an additional 440k Vietnamese dong. This was an immediate red flag for me as it was not really the amount that matters but more of a matter of principle. I feel like I was taken advantage of and that the concierge staff was trying to rip me off. I immediately rejected him but I received a call from concierge a few more times trying to persuade me. In my perspective as a customer, 1) if this was an error made by the staff, the hotel should bare full responsibility of it after all they are a 5 star hotel not a random 4 star, all 5 star hotels I stayed in give extension for free if there are valid reasons. 2) The concierge staff could have been more professional in handling the situation instead of trying to force the customer to cover their mistakes and asking customer to extend from 4 pm to 6pm and pay the 50% extension. 3) It would have helped if the concierge gave a call at 12 to double confirm the extension, so that any mistakes made by their staff could have been rectify earlier and not wait until it’s past 3.
