The room has complete sanitary facilities and is clean. It's very close to the pier and convenient. The staff are enthusiastic and the service is attentive.

Service was good, location was good. The room is a little ‘tired’ and could do with more sprucing up. A few more mod cons such as USB power points would’ve been nice. We got a room with very little natural light and the only window in the room faced a brick wall.

For the premium price, there is a lot of maintenance required - half the lights don’t work, fixtures loose and crooked, poor maintenance all round. Pillows were flat and bed not comfortable.

The location was very convenient
I would definitely visit again if I were offered a unit with a better view. The view in the unit was depressing.

Loved staying at Mantra. The spacious room and comfortable bed made for a relaxing experience. Having a washer/dryer made my longer stay much easier (clothes-wise). I had a great view from the 5th floor. The hotel desk staff graciously offered help whenever needed. And, I could get to the Salamanca Market in about 3 minutes walk!
