Vyluk Hotel (Hohhot Xinhua Plaza)

Staffs are kind, clean, location is very good, breakfast was not so good but it's ok, recommend this hotel next time

Location is very good. Easy to get around by buses to most city attractions. Nearby to many shopping malls and restaurants. The front office is very helpful. Room is spacious and has separate bath and toilet. Only issue we had was the walls are a bit thin we can hear even when next room is using the bath or toilet.

Very nice hotel in great central location! Only issue was with checkin. They were having trouble processing our passports and requested to keep them overnight. This made us a bit worried, as we are foreigners, but they got them back to us in the morning. No gym with was kind of disappointing for the price of the hotel.

Superb location as opposite the hotel are 3 shopping malls with a huge variety of shops & restaurants - Xinhua Mall is the best. Room has a strong smoke smell despite requesting a smoke-free room, and the other amenities / cleanliness / service are as expected from a usual business hotel.

Location is great, just opposite Xin Hua Square, Zhen Hua Square and a bunch of other malls. Plenty of food options around and the connected convenience store downstairs stocked everything we needed - even cup ice! The only down side is there is no direct metro or sheltered access so we had to run from the train station to hotel on the day when it rained - no problem if you bring umbrella around but we didn't. Rooms are good sized for two adults with two large luggages. Toilet door was slightly sheer - it should be ok for couples but as we are two friends it was slightly awkward. Also needed a hook in the toilet to put clothes and towels. Lastly, our level's lighting was broken on the day of checkout, so it was pitch dark on level 10 at night. Slightly scary but other than that everything was ok. :)

Clean room and friendly staff. Close to the subway and shopping mall.
