Baochen Smart Selection Hotel

Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. Plenty of convenient parking was available. The hotel was clean and had a pleasant environment, and the TV was quite large. Unfortunately, it rained in the evening, preventing me from exploring Kuanzhai Alley, which was a real disappointment.

We had a very safe and comfortable stay at the hotel, and the experience was fantastic!

The room was a decent size and came with a smart voice assistant (Xiao Du). The bathroom featured a good wet/dry separation design. However, the toilet area felt quite cramped and would be uncomfortable for larger guests. When I wanted to shower at night, the water pressure was extremely weak, and there was no cold water at all – it was only lukewarm and impossible to adjust the temperature. A housekeeping staff member simply stated that this was normal, and to make matters worse, the showerhead was broken. Guests are only provided with two complimentary bottles of water per room, and any additional bottles incur a charge. A security deposit is also required at check-in. On the upside, the hotel isn't far from local attractions, just a few minutes by taxi. The parking lot, located within a residential complex, is very large and offers plenty of space. However, the soundproofing was poor!

The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were top-notch. The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming. Parking was convenient and free, and its central location makes it very easy to get around. Guests truly feel right at home here!

Fantastic location with plenty of restaurants and amenities nearby, making it incredibly convenient. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. They also have a large private parking lot, which is a huge plus for anyone traveling by car. Highly satisfied!
