Hotel is clean and tidy, the service employees are helpful. Robert has welcomed us and arranged the check in very well and kids enjoyed cute camel toys. Thank u for your service to Dale for arranging the taxi for airport.

設施：酒店硬件設施很不錯，大堂挑高三層，巨大的水晶吊燈華麗好看。我定的大床房也非常寬敞，房間裏面打掃的很乾凈，床墊很柔軟睡起來一夜無夢，非常香甜。
衞生：酒店泳池和餐廳也都比較乾淨衞生，打掃很及時，一層公共衞生間都打掃的噴香，在酒店呆著的時間都很愉快。
服務：美中不足的是門口沒有開車門和幫忙拿行李的工作人員，需要我自行大包小包搬運進去，身上一堆東西再去辦入住，體驗稍微差了點。除了這個，其他服務人員，比如前台，餐廳服務員，客房服務員都還不錯，有求必應。
環境：我住在21樓，視野相當不錯，鳥瞰附近的地方，性價比在同類酒店也可以，推薦入住這裏。

管家JET yan justin yao服務非常好 提前瞭解入住需求，並按照要求準備了房間。房間乾淨 寬敞 床品 布草都柔軟舒適，有浴缸 馬桶淋雨也是三分離的空間。送了品質特別好的小駱駝毛絨，非常可愛。晚上回房間 電梯間還可以補充礦泉水。入住 退房都沒有出現排隊以及等待時機過長的情況。喜來登的品質是在的。酒店可步行前往呼和浩特站，但晚上非常安靜，睡的不錯

優點：位於市中心，停車很寬敞，周邊很方便，驅車去紅石崖和博物院也很方便，早餐也很不錯，前台接待非常熱情，還送了小朋友駱駝玩偶，小朋友很開心；游泳池和健身房營業時間很長，點贊；
缺點：房間設施偏老舊，室內游泳池温度太低；

呼市喜來登的家庭房兩個床都很寬大，很舒適，雖然沒有配備冰箱但是服務人員也很快送過來了。前台有求必應，給小孩子送了駱駝玩偶，房間面積比較寬裕，服務人員都很熱情。酒店的泳池很大，人也不多，挺不錯的，早餐種類很多，但是要早點去吃。酒店的位置靠近市中心，交通便利，住了三天，感覺很不錯，雖然是比較有年代的五星酒店了，但是底藴還在，五星好評！

內蒙古的喜來登環境是比較老舊了，但是我也是看中品牌服務來的，前台知道我們一家三口主動升級到了家庭房，很滿意，回來知道我們飛機晚，還延遲退房到3點。這點確實是可圈可點的，整體來説還是不錯的！
