該酒店是新裝修的酒店，房間乾淨舒適，空間大，地段好。前台及服務人員服務態度好。性價比很高。會給朋友推薦。

看中的就是酒店的地段位置，來呼市旅遊這家酒店去哪裡都方便，一號線二號線基本走幾步路就到了，酒店附近的民族商場的公交站有公交車可以到寶爾汗佛塔大召小召清真大寺等核心景點。
酒店整體服務非常不錯，大堂工作人員也相當細心，而且樓層打掃的阿姨也是相當認真細心，每天離開前前台會細心詢問是否需要打掃，需要更換床鋪的也可以跟工作人員提出需求。
另外榻榻米風格也是我喜歡的，床墊軟硬適中，睡得非常解乏。不過可能本人比較怕熱的原因，被子有點太厚半夜睡得渾身汗，酒店也沒有更薄一號的被子提供。
這家酒店的生意感覺真的不要太好，每天感覺都是入住滿員的樣子，但整個酒店就兩台洗衣機乾衣機真心不夠，有些不自覺的住客一上來就把兩台洗衣機全霸佔了，甚至還開到最耗時的頑漬檔，結果一整晚都洗她一個人的衣服。建議增加洗衣設備，或乾脆想某季酒店一樣採購那種固定衹能洗15分鐘的洗衣機，避免某些霸道住客給別的住客製造不便。
其他都挺好的，可以給滿分！

這次的體驗感很差
1.辦入住時跟我説雅緻大床房是沒有窗户的（攜程房型裏沒有寫無窗）以前我也訂的是雅緻當時住的是有窗 前台的工作人員説以前是給我升級的 我就納悶了升級了不跟客人説嗎 就悄咪咪的升級？？？蠻搞笑的 2.下訂單時我備註不要首尾房 到酒店發現是個尾房 上樓前我問工作人員是不是尾房她跟我説不算是 什麼叫不算是 是就是 不是就不是 我上去看完下來找她説 又跟我説那個就是尾房 幾個意思啊專門跟我對着幹唄
3.退房時寄存了一件東西 第二天別人去取時 説沒有寄存 找不到 換班交接工作不到位
4.衞生問題到不大 床單就有個黑印子
5.前台工作人員服務態度很差 説兩句就不耐煩 開始擺臉色 處理問題能力不行 不知道安撫客人情緒 給經理打電話解決問題就讓我等半天 雖然最後給我升級了 但還是非常讓人惱火
希望下次不要再有這樣的情況了 我也常住你們酒店這次這個情況真的讓人很氣憤

來這邊旅遊 ，然後酒店也是隨機選擇的 ，但是這家酒店真的超出我的預料 ，首先前台服務非常好， 我們去的比較早 ，幫我們辦理了提前入住 。房間特別乾淨 ，打掃房間前台還會提前打電話問 ，礦泉水也是不限量供應 ，酒店是新裝修的 但是並沒有裝修過的味道 ，二樓還有洗衣房健身房 ，早餐很齊全 尤其是燒麥和羊雜 超級超級好吃。 位置更不用説 出門非常方便 ，距離呼和浩特大多數景點非常近， 吃飯很方便 一下樓就是商圈 以後有機會再來的話一定還選擇住這裏。

避雷，避雷，大避雷！本來一趟開心的旅程被這個破酒店毀了。人生第一次給差評，不吐不快！黑蟲子來之前就知道是這裏的特產，所以也見怪不怪的。飛機的噪音也可以容忍！但是…
1.第一天晚上7點多到酒店，前台一個胖女人愛理不理，提前將近大半個月定的2間房，告知其中一個甄選標間衹有2樓的，2樓還有一個健身房很亂，長者和小孩不安全，遂提出異議，攜程介紹明確標出此房間4到7樓，並且房間面積與介紹嚴重不相符（如圖，兩個房間面積差別很大），要求協調，前台告知沒房，攜程客服幫忙協調後6樓又有房了，不知道為什麼這樣對待長者和小孩。協調的過程異常的複雜和坎坷！前台還編故事説6樓蟲子多，説6樓別人才退房，怎麼可能晚上9點退房，並且蟲子哪裡都多，跟樓層沒有關係。多虧了攜程客服，以後訂酒店真的要選擇大平台。
2.免費停車根本就是個幌子，停車場常年無位子，就
10來個位置，基本都是全天滿員，保安經常不在崗，裏面的車子出不來外面的進不去，管理特別混亂，後是在路邊冒着貼條的風險停了一晚上。
3.最後一天早上八點之前已退房，下午3點電話問我什麼時候退房，我説我房卡早上都給了，前台也沒異議，竟然沒結費。
酒店管理存在很大問題，無論是前台還是保安。
