酒店位置挺好，就在將軍府邊上。離一號線也比較近。
餐廳不錯，在25樓旋轉，景觀很好，吃的很豐富，因為有羊雜湯和燒麥，奶片等特產，所以在外面也沒有單獨吃特色美食。
客房阿姨王海葉非常熱情，入住幾天對我們很關心，打掃很乾凈。表揚一下。
前台小妹服務也很好很熱情。但是沒有記名字。

酒店設施設備比較齊全，房間有免費的袋泡茶，有洗衣房健身房，都是免費使用，退房後可以存行李。早餐中西都有，很好吃，旋轉餐廳風景不錯。不過我吃早餐的時候好像是唯一一個南方人，絕對是唯一一個拿刀叉的中國人，有其他吃早餐的客人圍觀。酒店的服務員態度很好，早餐時間快結束的時候會問大家還需要什麼，有個年紀大的服務員阿姨給我用多放冰塊少放開水的方法倒了一杯冰水。
建議吃西餐的中國人考慮用筷子吃，與外國人同行的做好心理準備。（這個絕對不是酒店方面的問題）

設施：酒店各方面設施挺不錯的 ，歡朋質感還是挺高的
衞生：衞生不錯，入住時床品都是換過的，乾淨
環境：早餐贊贊，酒店一大特色，羊雜湯很好吃
服務：一般，前台服務服務差盡人意，服務水平亟待提高，與其他城市的希爾頓相比，有着明顯的差異，無可厚非，人員培訓仍待加強。

這次入住很滿意。酒店位置方便，離地鐵站很近，還有公交直接能到。
房間分區合理，設施完備，乾淨衞生。升級到20層的豪華雙床房，能看到很好的景觀。
最值得點讚的是25層的旋轉餐廳的早餐，品種豐富，還有特色的羊雜湯，羊肉燒賣和小鍋奶茶及酸奶。餐廳的外圈轉動能變換窗外的景觀，內圈也轉動，能取到不同區的餐食；還有兩個露台，“天空之鏡”，可以在此賞景拍照，設計非常合理！
五星級的標準，價格還不貴。值得推薦

照片拍的有點凌亂，但是呢，確實不錯，而且早餐特別豐盛，交通方便，對面有地鐵站走路就可以到達後院有停車場前台熱情一層有洗衣服健身房都是全天開放的總體還是不錯的，五星好評，下次依然會選擇這家酒店

衝著點評區對25樓旋轉餐廳的點贊定了五晚房間，五一期間住了五天感受不好。真後悔為了旋轉餐廳自助早餐放棄價格更香的全季親子雙床房。五月一日凌晨辦理入住，酒店大堂黑漆漆，前台一位男服務生接待，大半夜下飛機來到一個陌生的城市，卻絲毫感受不到歡迎光臨的熱情。到了房間，有異味，很明顯的那種吃了大量牛羊肉大葱等刺激性食物後排泄物裏夾雜的味道，怎麼也是個四星酒店，就捨不得用點香氛或清新劑嗎？最扎心的是早餐，品種雖然很多，味道一般，羊肉燒麥很腥很油，嚐了一口實在吃不進，五天裏每一天早晨早餐時間人都爆滿，需要拼桌，咖啡機斷水斷奶、奶茶旁奶片、焙子空空如也，酒店餐廳接待能力很有問題，每天早上都很亂，別説食物了，筷子、杯子、盤子等餐具都供應不過來啦，服務員根本不擦桌子，慌亂收了前一桌客人的餐具，就讓下一桌客人坐，桌子椅子上湯汁、油漬、食物殘渣慘不忍睹，餐盤供應不過來時，後面再上一輪全是水汪汪的，根本就來不及消毒，衞生情況可想而知，太可怕了。五一併非青城旅遊旺季，酒店接待能力竭盡癱瘓，不敢想象忘記怎麼了得。不推薦入住。

房間就不説了，乾淨整潔，是完全符合希爾頓的品質的，就不多贅述了，服務人員態度也很好，而且酒店一樓有健身房和洗衣房雖然我沒用到，但是，我要和大家強調一下，定的房型是帶早餐的，真的YYDS，早餐的環境很好，並且可吃類型也很多，補菜超及時，不會快到點了就什麼都沒有了，還在一直加，很多內蒙特色，燒賣，奶茶，自製酸奶，和我朋友一致確定沒有吃到難吃的東西，鹹奶茶比我在德樂海喝的好喝，最棒的是羊雜湯，作為從小喝羊雜長大的人來説，這個真的有媽媽的味道，本來打算出去找店裡吃，直接酒店自助餐吃爽，狠狠炫了3碗，因為真的很久沒吃到了，建議這個預算的朋友們直接定希爾頓，早餐讓你開開心心開啟新一天哦
