Room was not what I booked, washing machine was messed up, towel was not provided in time. I would not recommend it to anyone

The bathroom smells bad and my aunt doesn't put toilet paper in after cleaning. I have to ask for it myself every time! Bad attitude in responding to questions! ! ! ! After taking a shower, I found that there were no towels or bath towels.
