預訂了雙人間。房間馬桶有污漬，浴室有頭髮，有一個張床床單未更換，另外一張床有毛髮，想給前台打電話房間電話壞。前台態度冷漠，空調噪音大，電視無法正常使用。隔壁房間噪音持續到深夜，影響休息。酒店宣傳的‘豪華體驗’與實際不符，設施老舊，服務不到位，酒店提供打包早點給的麪包還是過期麪包，建議加強清潔管理，提升員工服務意識。總體體驗差，不推薦這家酒店，沒住過這麼差的酒店，衞生太差，服務不周到，重點沒有停車位！
