The hotel's location is excellent, with bustling commercial areas nearby, and it's right next to the high-speed rail East Station and a subway station, making it super convenient for traveling with children. Its prime location is a major plus, saving time and hassle for museum visits. The hotel is only an 8-minute drive from the Inner Mongolia Museum, making it a true 'gem' for visitors who want to delve deep into the museum. We could enjoy a leisurely breakfast every day before heading out, avoiding rush hour and the museum's peak crowds. And returning after a tiring visit was incredibly convenient; we could be back at the hotel to rest in no time, keeping our travel rhythm perfectly intact. Plus, the hotel itself has excellent transport links, close to both the high-speed train station and the airport, making it smooth to travel to other attractions. The breakfast was absolutely divine, truly satisfying with its authentic flavors. This is hands down the best breakfast I've ever had at a mid-range hotel! Not only was the variety extensive, with a full range of Chinese and Western options, but it was also packed with Inner Mongolian specialties. The freshly brewed Mongolian milk tea was savory and rich, and a sip with some fried rice warmed you right up. The lamb shaomai had thin skins and generous fillings; dipping them in aged vinegar made them incredibly satisfying. And the lamb offal soup was simply amazing – the broth was so fresh it was mind-blowing, and the offal was perfectly cleaned. Paired with 'beizi' (a local bread), it was authentic local flavor at its best [__LINK_ICON]. My family, whether they loved carbs or preferred lighter fare, always found something they liked, and we consistently ate until we couldn't eat anymore. Beyond that, the hotel's shared spaces and smart rooms were also very thoughtful. When checking out, the front desk even gave us special milk candy – full of thoughtful details. Next time I'm in Hohhot, this will definitely be my first choice!

We had booked a room with a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.3-meter bed. We arrived at the room around 6 PM, dropped off our luggage, and went straight to dinner. However, upon returning, we discovered the room actually had a 1.5-meter bed and a 1.2-meter bed. This was a significant issue for our family of four (two adults, two children), as we had specifically chosen this hotel a month ago because a 1.3-meter bed would have just about fit our two kids. I went down to the front desk to discuss the issue. The receptionist explained that the hotel had been renovated a few years prior, and the beds were replaced, but the updated sizes hadn't been reflected on Ctrip. After checking other room types which were unsuitable, and unable to reach her manager, she decided to come up to our room to see if they could rearrange the beds or furniture to make more space. In the elevator, a maintenance worker (who was with us) grumbled a few things in a local dialect. As I was traveling with my children for a relaxing trip, I didn't want to spoil the atmosphere and just wanted to resolve the issue quickly, so I didn't bother inquiring further about what he said. Once we were back in the room, they decided to move the sofa next to the smaller bed, which just about made enough space for the two children to sleep. The receptionist then brought an extra duvet to place on the sofa. On a separate note, the hotel's facilities are somewhat old and dated, the cleanliness could definitely be improved, and the air conditioning was quite noisy, disturbing our sleep. However, the front desk staff were very helpful and proactive in trying to resolve the situation.

Amazing location if you are travelling here with high speed train or by airplane because this hotel is located close to both Hohhot East Train Station and Hohhot Airport! Atour is amazing. Fyi, for all my girlies, they have the best hair dryers, super fast drying and bouncy hair! Very comfy stay and spacious room!

Unfortunately, the check-in happened just in time for a power outage for maintenance, and the lobby was full of guests, some of whom waited for hours. Let's go to barbecue to waste time. Xiao Zhang 🎈 has a good service and excellent attitude. I like it. The breakfast is quite rich, the fruits are very fresh, and the combination of Chinese and Western food basically meets the needs. There is also a local specialty milk tea and mutton offal. The environment of the siu mai restaurant is elegant and comfortable for breakfast. I will choose to stay in this hotel again. The conditions in all aspects are good.
