Double tree is an amazing place to stay. The front desk guys were amazing. Very close to the beach and other key areas and the room service was awesome as well. The afternoon beach side dj was so good and the food too. I forgot an item and they were able to reach out and help secure it. That was good too

Kristine and Jizen were so helpful. My stay was great thanks to them. The hotel is good, nice pool, beach chairs, bikes free for one hour, and the drinks at the bar were also lovely. The guys working at the valet parking were also friendly, I enjoyed my stay.

Location is perfect , just cross the street and you are on the beach, also fresh cookies every time you walk in and even walking out if you ask for for it , they will never let you down , also they give you bottles of water , the staff is very friendly , nice pool looking on the inter coastal , location is middle of everything you need, 5 min walk to Walmart, 7 min to Starbucks, worth it, second time to go there and I would recommend it to anyone

Everything was good. Expect for the pool staff. They were extremely strict on bringing bags to the pool area did not allow anything in.

I booked two Double trees, one keywest, and stayed for two days. When I checked out, I forcibly deducted seven or eight hundred RMB (more than one hundred dollars) The family was in Miami, and for the same two days, they forcibly deducted almost 500 RMB (more than 70 dollars) when they checked out. Just ask about the service fee, bus fee, pool fee, etc... and we didn't use the bus or the pool at all. It's too bad, I won't book this place again

Helpful staff by the front desk and restaurant. Room has a musty smell and bed mattress were all worn-out so l didnt rest well. Breakfast option with your stay should be changeable instead of the same option every day with your stay. Beach location and attendant were great. Pool and sauna was great. They should have the pool bar open especially for guest convenience and entertainment.

I had just gotten in from LA and I was exhausted I went to the front desk, and the young lady helped me and I advised her was extremely tired and she told me she was going to try to get my room early. It was amazing she helped me she was the best. thank you very very much I received my room it was clean I showered and I went to bed. Everything was in order and Tech. There was only one downfall the room where I was at like early morning like four 3 o’clock 4 o’clock. It was a lot of trucks delivering, but it’s understandable, but it was a little noisy so it woke me up other than that everything was good Inas

The hotel was overbooked so they really didn’t give a F about the service. No toiletries, 1 towel per person, 1 coffee pod in 3 days, had to ask to clean room, slow elevators and valet parking (because of the crowd). Drunk and stoners begging for free cookies at the front desk - this is not a joke lol. Had to stay for 2 hours in the front desk trying to get a crib to babysit my niece… for the final price per day, which was close to $300 a day after taxes, I’m sure I could get a better service.

The room was clean and spacious abd the bellman was very helpful. Everything after that was way down hill. Tv had no cable or internet. Maintenance guy came and said no tvs in the hotel are smart tvs so no internet. Just wanted to relax and unwind watching tv. 2nd they charged me for valet/overnight parking which wasnt used. When I went to the front desk, then to valet to fix it they gave me a very difficult time. Spend over 45 minutes trying to get this resolved. 3rd.. no coffee in hotel until small store opened at 8 am. except the small machine in room. Made do with this. For everything going on at the hotel they’re missing the mark on some of the important basics. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND IF YOU WANT GOOD SERVICE AND SIMPLE COMFORTS.

My stay at the DoubleTree Hilton in Hollywood, Florida was nothing short of a disappointment. Hidden fees emerged during check-out, leaving a bitter taste in an already frustrating experience. The front desk staff, seemingly adept at confusion, provided conflicting information about pricing, leading to a bewildering and frustrating interaction. The hygiene standards in the room were shockingly subpar. The towels emitted an unpleasant odor, and the curtains bore noticeable stains, raising questions about the overall cleanliness of the establishment. Adding to the discomfort, the shower heads were visibly dirty and rusted. To compound matters, the hotel failed to disclose a mandatory valet service, an unexpected expense that left a sour impression on the overall cost of the stay. This lack of transparency in pricing only added to the frustration. Furthermore, my request for a room with a lake view, clearly depicted in the reservation image, was denied. Their refusal, coupled with what felt like intentional annoyance, created a sense of unwelcomeness and left a lasting negative impression. My experience at the hotel was marred by hidden fees, confusing and inconsistent information from the staff, undisclosed mandatory valet charges, and an unresonable denial of a requested room type. It's disheartening to encounter such issues at a property associated with Hilton. This was my first stay at a Double Tree and will definitely be my last.
