Wonderful hotel, the staff speaks English and they are very helpful! Each time we go out we check with them as to which bus to take, and they direct us. We have very much enjoyed our stay here, restaurant food is very good as well. We are a few minutes walk from the race course as well.

No space for luggages
No extra free bottle water like before👎🏻
Air cleaner machine in the room
Buffet breakfast has no free water👎🏻 and no free hot water👎🏻
Hot food items from the buffet is way too salty👎🏻

This is the second time I've taken a room in this hotel, and the staff is very indifferent to visitors. I didn't like the service, I think it's unacceptable to save on drinking water in such a hotel, it's the first time I've seen water once a day, despite the fact that I'm pregnant. In the restaurant on the ground floor we wanted to eat, went there, the waiter brought the menu and said that the photos in the menu did not correspond to reality and after that he left and did not return to us to place an order, after that we just left there, all the staff is almost illiterately served

Made an on-day booking got upgraded by the very helpful gentleman at the reception. Location is a bit far from the mtr but there were shuttle buses so not a problem for me. Enjoyed the suite a lot, bed was very comfortable lighting was good too. Overall a very pleasant stay shall come back soon! No
