Good location, very close to exhibition center. Room enough big for Hong Kong standard. Helpful staff. Very good view on Victoria harbour. Bed a bit hard and not so comfortable.

Excellent view if you are lucky enough to get a room on the harbor side. Clean and tidy, and they allowed us to check in early since the room was ready when we arrived.

Loved our stay here. The location is great, only 8 min away from the station. We got upgraded to the better rooms, though we didn’t get views, the room was modern and clean. Does not feel small and has a small lounge space which is a huge plus for sorting our luggage. Would stay again!

The location is good to access the star ferry and Hong Kong Island. The room was a little small but fine, the view was of concrete but we didn't mind. Powerful shower. The restaurant is nice but gets incredibly busy from bus trips.

Nice hotel with snug rooms which have everything you need including a small bath. We went for happy hour at the bar and the waiter wasn't very friendly and struggled to communicate that we couldn't share the buy one get one free offer. Other than him the staff were very friendly.

Nice room with harbour view, great location, opposite HK exhibition center, conveniently access to nearby MRT stations.

Overall is ok but this room type is too small for 3 persons and no drinking water provided. Safety standard is quite high - there was fire alarm at 1 am. and fireman arrived very quickly.

The room and bathroom actually looked better than pictures and was pretty spacious for HK. We didn’t have any good view but the lightning was ok. I traveled with friend, so we wanted two beds and private (not glass or sheer) bathroom and toilet, so this really met our needs. The reception didn’t have plug converters. Room was clean, would stay again.

Nice and Quite, upgraded to Harbour View. Good food near by, easy transport.

I enjoyed my stay here. Wifi was fast, hotel was pretty close to the exhibition centre and meeting places and yet much cheaper! Only thing to improve on were the pillows. They were a bit too flat. I stacked them with 2 pillows but they ended up being a bit too high. It was a bit inconvenient that they didn’t provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. But I enjoyed the breakfast spread.

Great hotel,next to many tourist attractions and you can easily walk to get there.The food was okay,but enjoyed the Happy Hour on the Mezz Floor .Overall a great stay!

Great firework views, room rather new and tidy, good breakfast and overall value for money. The shower water pressure is the best in the world. Massage hair, sculp and head thorougly . The staff could have smile more and it would be perfect.

Our first time experience with Harbourview was reasonably good. We booked and stayed in a good size Executive Guest Room with a King size bed. The receptionist gave us a free upgrade to move up our floors from 6-13th floor to 20/F. The checked in and out procedure were pretty straight forward. The room came with a great panoramic view of the Victoria harbour, however, the window was not very clean due to recent renovation work of the hotel building. The bathroom was a little small but manageable. Most impressive was the powerful shower jet which definitely took away our tiredness after a long day of sightseeing. Our suggestion would be adding some hangers or hooks in the bathroom for hanging the wet towels. Also, there was no proper area to put the soap around the water basin. Replacing better quality toilet roll and adding an extra one would be great. We could not complain any more as we received a huge discount when booking via Trip.com. We will consider staying at Harbourview again in the future for her great location near Wan Chai and Causeway Bay with many diverse restaurants and bars around on Hong Kong Island. It was only 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the waterfront as well as the nearest MTR (railway/Metro/Subway) stations which would allow you to explore almost all the tourist attractions in Hong Kong by the public transport network.
