Location is prime, very near Wan chai station. The hotel is surrounded by bus, ding ding and mtr. However, the concierge was a bit rude..but definitely will stay here again!

Stayed at room no. 1003 for 3 days and 2 nights for our family trip.
- Upon check-in, the room is okay, tiles on the floor are loose and some are detached. We found out why, it is because the drainage on the bathroom is clogged or just a poor drainage and while my wife and daughter are taking a bath, the water spilled on the bed area and sips under the tiles. So that is why the tiles are loose or detached, probably due to multiple times that the are is wet.
- The twin beds are consistently moving, even with the slightest push, its going to move across the room. We dont know if its just like that or the staff forgot to lock the wheels under the bed frame.
- Overall stay there is not good so most likely we wont recommend this hotel to anyone.
