we booked a room for 3 for 2 nights with air conditioning and heater. the aircon was faulty for both nights, a portable aircon that releases hot air and waste water was brought in as a replacement on the first night only. the water heater and toilet door was faulty throughout. the bedsheets had obvious large stains on them. when we once again came back to a faulty aircon on our second night, we requested for help from the staff to solve the issue. the conclusion we got was that our money can be refunded while we were to move out of the hotel at midnight. after a long long explanation and help in negotiation from trip.com that lasted for around 2 weeks, we were offered partial refund but were told to keep quiet on what we’ve experienced. i feel that this experience should be made known so that other guests can properly decide for themselves thus i am leaving a summary of the facts of this whole incident. thank you.
