Highly recommended! This hotel offers a clean, neat, and spacious (by Hong Kong standards) retreat. The staff are exceptionally nice and accommodating, ensuring a comfortable stay with daily towel replacement, provided slippers, and fresh beddings upon request. Its greatest asset is the superb accessibility, with direct connectivity to both Moko Mall and the MTR Station.

After 12 years, I returned to Hong Kong and stayed for 3 days. The Kowloon Shangri-La was by far the most satisfying hotel. Before booking, I debated between several hotels in Tsim Sha Tsui but ultimately chose the Kowloon Shangri-La, and it was definitely the right choice for this trip! The small details truly show the hotel's dedication and customer-first service philosophy. On my second day, which was my birthday, after checking in and resting in the room in the afternoon, I suddenly heard a knock at the door. I thought it was staff delivering toiletries for kids (which they did send later), but instead, I found staff with a cake and a birthday card for me. I was incredibly touched at that moment; it's so heartwarming to be remembered. Thank you, Shangri-La, for being so thoughtful! The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute walk from the Avenue of Stars, and right next to K11, making it convenient to get anywhere. After coming back to the room in the evening, I even found fresh fruit, which was such a thoughtful touch! I really wish I could have stayed longer, but I was leaving Hong Kong the next day. My only regret this time was not having a room with a Victoria Harbour view. Looking forward to my next visit!

My second stay here, and I'm still very satisfied. The hotel's location is excellent and convenient, connected to a mall with great subway access. On the first day, I was assigned a room with an interconnecting door. Since it was already past 7 PM when I checked in, I spoke with the front desk, and they proactively helped me switch rooms the following afternoon, which was very considerate. The hotel's breakfast is plentiful, and I especially loved the coffee and the fresh juice made from huge apples – definitely a highlight! It would be even better if there were a discount for returning guests.

The service here is excellent! The front desk asked me what kind of room I preferred during check-in. All the hotel staff were very polite. The hotel is conveniently located right next to a Don Quijote store, which is great for shopping, and there's also a Little Bear Biscuit specialty shop nearby. It's also a short walk to the subway station, making it very easy to get around. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit!

Thank you for so thoughtfully selecting the perfect room for me—it was exceptionally spacious and well-appointed, with a cleverly designed entrance featuring a wardrobe that served as both a practical storage solution and an elegant screen. This thoughtful touch truly deserves praise! Additionally, the sofa in the room provided a comfortable and inviting space for hosting friends during short gatherings, making my stay even more enjoyable. I truly appreciate the贴心 and dedicated service extended to me throughout my visit. Furthermore, I would like to commend your commitment to sustainability. The gesture of providing a credit as part of your environmental initiative enhanced my overall experience and allowed me to further enjoy the hotel’s offerings during my trip.

Because my child loves the Harbour City and Star Ferry Pier area, we've stayed at one of the three Marco Polo properties every year. My favorite is Marco Polo Hong Kong – it's classic yet comfortable, and its lounge is better than the Gateway's. Last summer, during our stay, I experienced unprofessional and discriminatory treatment from the front desk staff and was given a low-floor sea view room facing a car park. Consequently, I left an honest negative review on Ctrip. This year upon check-in, it truly felt like the hotel had taken the Ctrip feedback to heart. They must have given specific instructions to both the front desk and lounge staff, as we felt exceptionally well looked after overall. The two gentlemen in the lounge, in particular, were incredibly kind, sincere, and attentive. The gentleman from the concierge who escorted us to the executive floor, who I believe is the head of concierge, was also very dedicated and conscientious. Just before taking us upstairs, he even saw an elderly person at the main entrance needing help and immediately directed staff to assist. Overall, I noticed the hotel has implemented some cost-saving measures; for instance, the executive floor toiletries are no longer single-use. However, I fully support and embrace all eco-friendly and waste-reducing initiatives. While the food range in the lounge has been slightly reduced, the quality remains consistently high. There also seem to have been some significant staff changes; the previous expatriate manager in the lounge is no longer present, and the front desk staff are much more approachable, not exhibiting the aloofness sometimes perceived from local staff before. Every single staff member, from top to bottom, now seems very down-to-earth, diligent, and dedicated – which is excellent. With such effective management, I wish them continued prosperity in Hong Kong's highly competitive hotel industry.

Though we only stayed one night in Hong Kong Langham Hotel we felt that it's very difficult and rare to find such quality service hotel these days in Hong Kong. Breakfast is excellent. Valid parking is convenient though a bit expensive. I have no hesitant to recommend to visitors particularly in Tsim Sha Tsui shopping area.

This five-star hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui East perfectly embodies a luxurious experience. Stepping into the lobby, I was immediately struck by the crystal chandeliers and the panoramic Victoria Harbour views. The front desk staff effortlessly switched between fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, and the champagne offered during check-in was a thoughtful touch. The guest rooms feature smart control systems, and the 270-degree floor-to-ceiling windows transform the Victoria Harbour night view into a living painting. The bathroom boasts a mirror TV and a marble bathtub, complementing each other perfectly. The fresh oysters and caviar at the executive lounge were impressive, and the rooftop infinity pool felt like it merged with the sky and sea. The concierge arranged a private Star Ferry night tour service within three minutes. This blend of international standards and Eastern hospitality makes every return a highly anticipated experience.

Fantastic swimming pool & spa at 9/F. The pool lounge is amazing providing light food and drinks! Stunning view from the pool & pool Lounge. Very good city and partial sea view from my room. All staffs are kind & friendly. The Green, cafe/restaurant at Lobby G/F with super high glass celling is worth to try. In room, very special and smart design especially the bathroom. Shower and bath tub. Bed is big and comfortable. Lighting is good. There are several paid carport just surrounding the hotel. Walking distance about 6-8 to Hung Hom MTR station. Extremely near TST various shops, restaurants. Only minor thing is that lift is a bit slow. But will definitely come back!

There are no bathroom supplies in Hong Kong, but the rooms are big and convenient for shopping. As soon as I entered the door, I found a small nail on the floor. Fortunately, I found it early, otherwise I might have to see a doctor if I am not careful!

EE1806****Last year, I booked a sea-view room. This year, I brought my child and booked a two-bedroom sea-view apartment, which was excellent value for money. The private elevator was a pleasant surprise; having one elevator per unit offered great privacy. Even during the typhoon, some vendors at the food court downstairs were open, which solved our dining dilemma. The hotel's proximity to the subway station is incredibly convenient – you don't get hit by any sun or rain. I'll definitely choose K11 again next time. The service was also exceptional. Highly recommended!

CChristine XuReally need to avoid this. 1. Hotel Facilities A. This hotel opened this year, next to the Sheraton and a 5-minute walk from K11 (recommended). B. This hotel is perfect for couples. I stayed here for two days with my eldest son on business in Hong Kong. The shower was dark, and you could see through it when you turned on the light. The bathtub had no partition, so it was completely useless. I wanted to soak my feet, but there was nowhere to sit. **Not recommended** C. The most terrifying thing was that the fire alarm went off at 1:30 AM on the first day, and the alarm sounded for nearly 20 seconds. The fire alarm went off again at 10:47 PM on the second day, and it also lasted for 20 seconds. This completely disrupted me, a light sleeper. Even if I tried to sleep, I was groggy and didn't fall asleep until 3 or 4 AM. **Need to avoid this.*** 2. Hotel Cleanliness A. There were black spots on the pillowcase, which meant it wasn't washed properly. **Not recommended** B. There were hairs from the previous guest on the floor. The floor was covered in dust, and it was obvious that it hadn't been vacuumed. **Not recommended** 3. Hotel Service A. I adjusted the air conditioner and charged my iPad when I left the room in the morning, but when I returned that evening, the card had been removed. The staff didn't pay attention to the details. **Not recommended** B. The front desk and concierge were friendly (recommended) C. The breakfast was good, with a wide variety and delicious flavors (recommended) D. There was a short lady with glasses who provided poor service. On the first day, she gave us a seat against a pillar, and on the second day, we sat on a sofa (we're tall and it was uncomfortable to eat on a sofa). We asked to change seats, but the lady refused both times because they were unavailable. Later, another waiter helped us change seats.

11392421****I rarely write reviews anymore; the more hotels I stay in, the fewer truly exceed my expectations. However, my recent stay in an executive room at the Ritz-Carlton absolutely deserves a thorough review. The hotel has been open for a while and is located in the International Commerce Centre (ICC). It offers convenient transportation and shopping. The hardware is well-maintained, and the room layout is standard. It's likely the tallest hotel in Hong Kong, boasting first-class views and excellent cleanliness and hygiene. The food ingredients are superb, and the various complimentary amenities on the executive floor are genuinely useful and appreciated. But what truly stands out is their service, especially Lena from the executive floor. From the moment I checked in, I felt her warmth and meticulous attention to guests. Learning it was my family member's birthday, she kept surprising us with thoughtful gestures. Even with a small misunderstanding, we communicated smoothly despite my broken English and her proficient Mandarin. The chef in the Executive Lounge also interacted with guests about the dishes and flavors. Thank you for your perfectly pitched service. See you next time!

__WeChat40798****The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect, right by Victoria Harbour, just a few dozen steps from the entrance. I could even enjoy the amazing Victoria Harbour view directly from my room. The hygiene was top-notch, and the pillows were just the right height. Plus, canned water was available for unlimited refills! The best part is you don't need to bring your own shampoo or shower gel, and the hotel even provides a converter – though you might want to bring a larger power strip if you need more outlets. I also got to try the legendary 'Regal Ice Cream' by the harbour; for just 9 HKD, it brought back childhood memories with its pure milky flavor. It was truly wonderful. If you're coming to Hong Kong next time with a budget around 1400 HKD, you definitely have to try this hotel. Oh, and we booked a standard room, but they upgraded us to a Victoria Harbour view room! So thoughtful. I'll definitely be back with my family next time.
