Waikiki Shore by OUTRIGGER

13 floor beach location, excellent view of beach and Wakiki hotels. Close to Hilton Lagoon. Would recommend this property as the place to stay, two bedrooms and bathrooms.

Great location. You have to check in at a different location and like most rentals the furniture could use an upgrade. Kitchen was upgraded. View was awesome. Overall I would probably stay there again.

Very friendly staff, beautiful condo with everything you need, view is incredible, will definitely stay again.

The check in at Royal was good but no Place to park. Power was shutting off the night we arrived no warning. No valet parking limited if available in the whole area. Window blinds old and broken caused frustration. No real beach sand for families. Perfect location for town Jacque at Royal at check in was our life saver He was so helpful or our vacation would not have started out good. I can’t thank him enough. I had a broken rib and found out no parking as advertised. He helped us with the impossible.parking do I could be dropped off. Condo was excellent if you didn’t have to fight with broken window blinds. Need a better check out to leave keys and gate remote especially if parked in the basement add 30 extra minutes just for that.

Super happy. The best spot to stay in Waikiki. Will be back. It will be our place to stay again when we vacation next time.

The office is under construction so the check in process was weird, we has to drive down the road to check in/out. And during the day there was quite a lot of sanding and other construction sounds. One of the elevators was also not working, so the one working elevator was typically very slow and busy. Besides those things, our room was nice, the balcony had a beautiful view of the ocean, and i love that we could walk right out of the hotel and onto the beach. There are also stores and restaurants right under the hotel, which was very convenient. I would stay here again.

It's close to the sea, there's a restaurant downstairs, and I'm glad I could see the fireworks from my room.

The view during our stay was fabulous , the balcony view was amazing overlooking a park and the army museum , it was super quiet especially for the beginning of summer, all the fancy shops and local ABC shops as well as anything you could possibly want to buy or eat were like 5 - 10 minutes walk. The check in process was a short 3 min walk to pick up the keys , most of the staff at the place were super friendly and helpful , however the property itself has several companies that rent at the same building , so the staff in the downstairs office only deal with residences with Coral castle or something with a name like that , when I asked a question regarding guest parking the morning of our checkout the heavier set middle aged man was EXTREMELY rude and condescending he wouldn’t answer any questions and just repeatedly said “ you need to go to outrigger you’re with outrigger byeeeee bye bye now bye I have nothing to do with you “ the issue was all the guest parking was taken by construction trucks , so his attitude and brush off condescending way of talking was completely out of line !, aside from that the rest of our trip was picture perfect , coffee at sunrise and drinks at sunset , the comfort of the room and amenities like beach chairs and beach floaters and beach towels was great !, the only part of the room that showed any wear and tear was the hanging blinds , but we would definitely book this spot again !, the lobby construction says it will be finished in 2023 nov.

Everything was exceptional, however the water pressure in the shower is too bad. It took us forever to rinse off.
