"Perfect location in center of yereven easy access to most of the place to travel even by walk .Good accommodation with friendly staff .They don't refuse when you ask for any help they are always helpful and I recommend as one of the very good place to choose for tourist."
An excellent place to stay in sunny and welcoming Yerevan. The service is great, the room is clean and comfortable, and has everything you need. I especially want to highlight the cozy atmosphere created by the hosts and their attention to interior details. Delicious and hearty breakfasts (they can prepare a packed lunch if needed), a friendly and peaceful atmosphere, quiet and serene! If I'm going to Yerevan, it's only with Blur Inn!!!
The studio is very good for couples—comfortable, clean, and well arranged. The amenities are complete and well maintained. We also received welcome food, which was very delicious and a nice touch.
Housekeeping cleaned the studio every day whenever we requested it. The staff are kind, helpful, and always polite.
As a small suggestion, it would be nice to have a corner or hooks near the main door to hang coats or jackets.
Overall, everything was fine and very good. I would definitely recommend this place.
The friendly receptionist put me in a better room than I booked. There is a shower, towels, a kitchen. There was even a working air blower in the room. I stayed for one night, so the price/quality ratio was quite satisfactory. Only payment was in cash, it is not clear why Trip did not allow non-cash payment
Towels cost extra. The shower curtains are covered in black mold, and the floors are incredibly dirty everywhere – from the reception area to the rooms, including the toilets and showers. You could maybe stay for one night at most, but no longer, because it's hard to get any sleep. The capsules creak loudly with every touch or whenever someone turns over, and you can hear it throughout the whole room. There's also absolutely no soundproofing, so you hear every little noise.
The reception staff, however, are excellent. We were greeted by a kind Slavic guy who was friendly and explained everything, and a helpful Armenian man saw us off. He told us that the hostel would be renovated soon and would become very cozy. I have absolutely no complaints about the reception staff; they were great, and I give them a special thanks for their efforts 👍
