"If you're looking to be close to the city center, this isn't the place for you. The location wasn't an issue for us, though. The value for money is excellent. The staff are responsive, and they only speak English. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer). The internet worked perfectly! Only cable TV is available (if that matters to anyone). You can smoke in the inner courtyard, where there are chairs. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a solid four stars."

AAnonymous UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff were friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Thumbs up to all the staff .The location was very convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation.
MModushikOverall, I really enjoyed my stay! The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. It wasn't brand new, but perfectly fine. There's an outdoor pool, though the water was a bit chilly in October. There's also a sauna. I liked the breakfast; it was very diverse. The staff, especially the front desk, were incredibly welcoming and wonderful. The hotel is located on the outskirts of the city center. All in all, walking from the hotel to the Cascade allows you to cover most of the main part of the city.
AAnonymous UserVery friendly front office employees. Big and clean rooms, perfect mattresses. Spa with sauna and pool is soulless. Sympathetic lady and a mostly unfriendly man working there and explaining when you have to shower and when not. ☺️You have to use plastic cover for your hair what is not a problem. The entire atmosphere in the spa is like bei g in a rehabilitation clinic.
Breakfast is mediocre. Waitresses just clear up when they want to. They love chatting. They should be re-educated in Dubai. For the price you pay all in all it's good. Would come back.
GGuest UserI stayed in a standard room with a pool view.
Pros:
- The bed was very large and comfortable.
- Daily housekeeping with towel changes and replenishment of water/tea/coffee.
- The room had all necessary toiletries.
Cons:
- The bathroom had NO HOOKS and NO SHELVES AT ALL. Where are you supposed to hang towels or put shampoo and toothbrushes? It's baffling. Also, there's no extractor fan or clothes dryer in the bathroom. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue.
- The staff wasn't particularly friendly, and it was difficult to reach the reception from the room; they just didn't answer the phone.
During my stay (late May), the outdoor pool was closed because it was ”too cold” and not heated.
The indoor pool was quite comfortable and had a small jacuzzi.
The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive. You could order an omelet with any vegetable filling from the chef.
Zzu lfi yaThis hotel was excellent! Both the service and cleanliness were top-notch, and my kids and I were very satisfied. We stayed for four consecutive days and had a fantastic experience. The hotel's pool was a huge hit with the children, and the breakfast was plentiful and delicious.
GGuest UserThe hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.
GGuest UserVery nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother
