"Amazing hotel for the value. Breakfast is delicious, the rooms are great, everything is clean and feels very modern. The spa facilities are very cosy and conveniently placed in one room, so it's possible to easily shuffle between them. The mountains view from the window is an icing on the cake. It's on par with top hotels in the center but for a much lower price."

"If you're looking to be close to the city center, this isn't the place for you. The location wasn't an issue for us, though. The value for money is excellent. The staff are responsive, and they only speak English. The room has everything you need (slippers, shower gel/shampoo, shower cap, hairdryer). The internet worked perfectly! Only cable TV is available (if that matters to anyone). You can smoke in the inner courtyard, where there are chairs. We didn't use the pool, so I can't comment on it. Overall, a solid four stars."

The location is just super all the main attractions are in step-by-step availability.
I would especially like to note the friendly and attentive staff. They are always ready to help and make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Ani M.Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan.
The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable.
What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant.
The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced.
Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

Domingo’sThis is a good hotel in the center of Yerevan. The standard rooms are not large but cozy. The Wi-Fi is excellent throughout the property, and there's a large outdoor pool, a sauna, and a great, spacious gym. Breakfasts are plentiful with a wide selection, and the coffee is delicious. There were a few minor issues with the service and staff, but they promised to improve. After a small hiccup, the hotel offered me a complimentary drink at the bar and allowed me to stay in the room until 7:00 PM, for which I'm very grateful 🙏. The hotel managers and leadership are very attentive and responsive.

Guest UserA gorgeous hotel with great service. They upgraded the room for free. The center of Yerevan is small - you can easily walk from the hotel to the main square, there are plenty of restaurants nearby, and across the street - a vintage market. Breakfasts are a special love. I really liked it. The spa area is modest, but there weren't many people there)

Pros:
- The bed was very large and comfortable.
- Daily housekeeping with towel changes and replenishment of water/tea/coffee.
- The room had all necessary toiletries.
Cons:
- The bathroom had NO HOOKS and NO SHELVES AT ALL. Where are you supposed to hang towels or put shampoo and toothbrushes? It's baffling. Also, there's no extractor fan or clothes dryer in the bathroom. This is the first time I've encountered such an issue.
- The staff wasn't particularly friendly, and it was difficult to reach the reception from the room; they just didn't answer the phone.
During my stay (late May), the outdoor pool was closed because it was ”too cold” and not heated.
The indoor pool was quite comfortable and had a small jacuzzi.
The breakfasts were tasty but repetitive. You could order an omelet with any vegetable filling from the chef.

The hotel has a beautiful building and a huge park with lovely grounds. There's a fantastic pool with a spa, sauna, and hammam. The staff were attentive and polite everywhere except the lobby bar. In our room, we encountered mold and a very unpleasant smell in the bathroom. It didn't bother us too much as we were only staying for a couple of nights, but for the price, they really should fix the plumbing.

Very nice boutique hotel located in a quieter area 15 min walk from the Center. I didn’t like Center frankly speaking , too crowded. From terrace where breakfast is you can see Ararat mountain . Rooms are nice , floors are nicely decorated , I liked floor 3. Rooms are quiet , there is construction next door boy it doesn’t bother
