We stayed for 10 days at this hotel and absolutely loved everything about it. The location is excellent; there's a grocery store and a hardware store nearby if needed, and the Vernissage market is just a stone's throw away. Many attractions are within walking distance. The hotel staff were polite and attentive. The room had everything we needed, including large bottles of shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel, so there's no need to bring your own. One minor point: our room had a balcony, but it faced directly onto an adjacent office building.

The location is excellent, close to all the top attractions. Yet, the hotel is set back on a second line, making it quiet. The hotel also has good soundproofing for the walls and floor (there's a carpet in the corridor). The room is small; if you lay out two suitcases, there's not much space left to walk. The bathroom is also small. There are no bathrobes in the room, and I would have liked more towels, at least one extra for each guest. However, there is an iron, hairdryer, and ironing board. The mattress and pillows on the bed are average; you don't get the feeling of a great night's sleep. The hotel and room are a bit worn. It's not critical, but in some other countries, you could get better accommodation for the same budget. The buffet breakfast has a rather limited selection, but all the products are high quality and well prepared.

Great location and good breakfast. However, there's only one lift, so expect some waiting. The hotel is undergoing renovations, which makes it a bit messy and dirty.Hopefully, it will look much better once the work is done. I recently booked a private tour through hotel to visit Khor Virap, Noravank, Tatev Monastery and the Aerial tramway. While I appreciate the arrangement, I wanted to share some concerns about the experience. The driver did not provide any information about the destinations and only drove us between locations. Additionally, he dud not wear seatbelt, which led to a police stop and issue a fine. This was quite unsetting for us. The trip was cost AMD 99000.00. The driver never offer or stop for lunch and break. We hope the hotel will take this into consideration to ensure future guests have a safer and more comfortable experience.

Замечательный отель! Удобное расположение в самом центре. До любой локации удобно добираться пешком. Очень чисто, убираются на совесть! Вежливое обслуживание! Администрация также всегда на связи, быстро отвечает на вопросы. Нужно учитывать, что в некоторых номерах окна замурованы со стороны улицы, то есть там стена, а окно формальное. У нас было такое в спальне, поэтому не критично. Небольшое пожелание насчет подушек, хотелось бы подушки побольше и не по одной на человека, чтоб был выбор. В целом проживанием остались довольны! В следующий раз возможно также остановимся здесь!

The hotel is located well, close to many restaurants and shops. The breakfast was quite good with a generous selection of eggs, meat, cheese and desserts. The only two inconveniences we had, was that the walls are super thin. We can hear the people next to us speak in their room. The Internet in incredibly unstable, the reception drops a lot. It was so bad that work calls was unsuccessful since the Internet drops and eventually doesn’t even exist to continue the call. Livestream platforms such as Amazon Prime and Disney couldn’t livestream. Do stay here if you want to be close to all amenities but not if you need good internet for work etc.

Courtyard by Marriott Yerevan is an excellent choice if you are looking for a comfortable and well-located stay in Yerevan. The location is truly top-tier - right in the center and extremely convenient for exploring the city. The hotel offers very good value for money overall. It has the feel of a solid business hotel: efficient, comfortable, clean, and reliable. What stood out the most was the staff. Everyone was exceptionally polite, attentive, and genuinely willing to help with any request at any time, which made the stay especially pleasant. The rooms are clean, cozy, and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel feels calm and welcoming. Breakfasts were also surprisingly good: varied, tasty, and very well serviced. Overall, a very positive experience and definitely a hotel I would happily return to.

The photos don’t do this place justice! It’s really lovely and fresh, and it seemed like our room was freshly renovated or very well cared for, and the room and bedding were spotless. The room was very spacious and well equipped. As was the reception area. The staff are lovely and very helpful (we had some issues with loud neighbours and they delicately assisted). The pool is really big and nice with lots of deck chairs and amazing views of Mt Ararat. Breakfast was great, freshly prepared and good options. The hotel is not in the centre but we found the location still convenient, we would walk into town and then Yandex back (Yandex is typically 1600AMD). We would stay again!

Stayed at the hotel for 5 nights with your wife. They were very satisfied. The hotel is in the room. With breakfast, the Swedish table for any taste. On the first day there was no cashi, the request was reacted and for tomorrow was already on the menu. In addition, local foods and dishes are presented, which is very important when visiting the region. The pleasant music of Armenian composers sounds. In addition to the coffee machine, we were offered freshly cooked coffee (i.e. in the kitchen in the Turkish cooking) than I used for all days! Careful staff. The room was a bath better than a shower for me, because it was a lot of walking and it is a good opportunity to relax in the evening. The towel was changed every day. Neighbors were not heard absolutely. Near the market, Tashir shopping center and near Russia. The passage is also located next to the Republic minutes 15-20. The only comment I asked to book a tour to the Ararat horse factory, but on the resepshen girl ordered a booking to the Noy factory. The good is that they are nearby. That should be taken into account. Well, the water in the bathroom went slowly, but it wasn't critical. If I had asked for help, I was sure the staff would react quickly by the way, I liked the Swiss who met and accompanied us. In general, we liked everything. I think, in the next I will not think where to stop. Price/quality 10 out of 10!

The hotel lives up to its price point, but not its star rating. Overall, it was a good experience, though the lack of teaspoons at breakfast was a bit inconvenient.

This hotel is quite a mixed bag. It's huge, and I'm sure it was luxurious back in the day. It said it was renovated, which is what drew me in. In reality, the rooms are old, and the only amenities are towels and soap. The most surprising thing was the breakfast – it would have been better if they didn't offer it at all: cottage cheese, sour cream, boiled sausages in cellophane, omelet, cheap cold cuts, and the only thing that changed was overcooked rice with carrots and buckwheat. For drinks, there was just a dispenser with hot and cold water, and instant coffee. Forget about fruits and vegetables – it's a disgrace! The lobby bar was a lifesaver. The hotel is priced a little below market, but honestly, it would be better if they charged a bit more and improved the food, or just removed it entirely so they wouldn't embarrass themselves. The staff, however, was great – kind and helpful with everything.
