Guilin Hostels

The hotel and the rooms are clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and helpful when you have questions. I extended my stay by one night and really enjoyed it there. The Wi-Fi speed was during my stay slow.

The hostel is not so close to the main street and area, you need to walk 20 minutes to arrive there but is easy and cheap to get Didi (paid like 6, 7 yuans). The social is very good, you can meet a lot of people, the vibe is great!! The view from the hostel is very beautiful. The room is big, large, very confy and good. There are air condtioned, mirror, private beds with courtain, light and good plugs to charge. The only issue is the toilet, very small, only 2 western toilets and the cleaness was not good. There was moss in the toilets. The shows is good.

Very good, the owner is also very nice and welcoming. Because we were going to Liuzhou the next day, the owner also told us which mode of transportation was more convenient, which saved us some money. Thank you very much. If I have the opportunity to come to Yangshuo next time, I will definitely stay in this B&B

Pretty good! Lots of food options nearby. The room had AC, and the service was excellent. I even checked out the morning market, which felt really authentic, and bought a pair of socks for five yuan that are surprisingly comfortable. Also hiked Laozhai Mountain twice!

I asked via trip.com how to get from xingping to the hostel they gave me a name which I couldn't find on amap so I asked the host from xingping to call them and ask to send me the name in chinese. They said they didn't know im coming from xingping and therefore they gave me this info. Then they said I need to get off at the bus station instead, its 3km from the hostel. When I arrived after 2pm no one was there and it was closed.i had to ask a lady across hotel to call them and tell im there. They gave her the pin so I could enter. I waited till they came not for long time. The girl gave me some infos what to see in yangshuo. When I got back around 8pm no one was there again so I had to communicate via trip.com which worked. It was noisy until 12 from street then until 2 or 3 am the people who stayed in hostel acted like they were there alone. The receptionist offered to take me to bus station for 10yuan which was super helpful and convenient. But nothing to complain f this price.

The service is very warm, the first time I went to play, I felt really good, cheap and good, the health is clean and tidy, the sound insulation is a bit bad, the rest are very satisfied!

The location is in West Street. The six-person room for girls is on the fourth floor, but the top floor is not hot at all. The air conditioner is very powerful and can be turned on at any time without a time limit. The bedding is clean and there is no peculiar smell. The bathroom and every corner of the room are clean , the boss will also recommend some niche attractions that are worth visiting. It seems that the girl in the room said that you can use the washing machine to do laundry for free. After staying in so many youth hostels and homestays, this is the second time I have encountered free laundry. The boss and the proprietress are working hard on the homestay.

I booked this B&B after reading the reviews. It was just as described in the reviews. The owner was friendly, the place was clean, and it was close to the airport, so the girl felt safe there.

I booked a bed in a 4-bed dormitory, with AC. Because the room was not clean enough, i got an upgrade in a private bunked bed room, with a private bathroom. All was clean. Laundry facilities. The WiFi was good. The staff is very nice and friendly. The location is very convenient. I would definitely recommend this place for a short or a long stay.

The last two pictures are of the Youth Hostel. The first one is on the seventh floor with stairs. Those with big boxes should be careful. The takeaway guy actually brought the rice noodles I ordered to me. It might be the off-season. I was the only one in the whole Youth Hostel and didn't see the boss. Guilin is still very fun. I couldn't finish three taels of Guilin rice noodles for 6 yuan. I was so full. The 8.9 yuan I ordered for the two dishes at Pinhao Fan was delicious. The price was reasonable. The Sun and Moon Twin Pagodas and Elephant Trunk Hill were also very nice. After playing for a day, I went to Yangshuo. The prices there were much more expensive than in Guilin. This restaurant has a lot of graffiti and is very sentimental. I will come again, but I am a little scared to be alone.
