EemmaleesrCheck in is a hassle. I booked the hotel on the same day i'm checking in (around 12pm) and received the confirmation immediately. It says that the check in time is 3-9pm but when i arrived at around 8.30pm, the front gate was already locked. Backdoor is also locked. I tried to call and message the hotel number a few times but didn't pick up and reply (didnt reply too when i messaged them at 1pm+ to inform that i'll be reaching before 9pm). Almost gave up but the other hotel guests saw me outside, they let me in and helped me to contact the staff. BTW the upper part of the capsule is very dusty - hope they can clean it soon.

AAisyah AmalI had a pleasant stay. The room was good and spacious, and the toilet was clean. Parking was also free, which is very convenient. The only downside was that the towel provided had some visible stains on. I’m not sure what the stains were, but they weren’t blood. Hopefully this can be looked into for better cleanliness. Other than that, everything else was great.
