Located at the quiet corner of Jalan Che Tak, it is just opposite the popular 2 dishes old coffee shop Chee Wah - Claypot Lou Shu Fun and fried chicken wings. We took about 10 minutes using Grab from Ipoh Railway Station to here.
Room
It is a small family-run hotel that won many accolades. We booked 2 nights - Duplex Family Room. One King bed on the ground floor and a very steep staircase to the second room where there are 2 single beds. A flat screen TV is also provided at this second room too.
We slept very well on the soft pillows and bed.
The normal amenities of a hotel are provided. There is even a hot and cold water dispenser in the room. Cleanliness of the room is acceptable.
Aircon is quiet and in good working order.
Bathroom
Clean with strong pressure of hot and cold water. Hanging hooks are provided.
Breakfast
It is served in the dining area on the ground floor. Very simple of local food but adequate.
Service
Friendly and warm. There is a lift at the lobby.

ZZhegezhenmeiyouHonestly, the room was really small, probably around 10 square meters. It was clean though. However, there's still a noticeable renovation smell, both in the hallway and the room itself. The air conditioning in the room vibrated all night, making a loud noise that kept me from sleeping well.
There are food stalls not far from the hotel, so eating out was decent. I only stayed one night before moving somewhere else. I wouldn't recommend it for light sleepers. There are many Yibao hotels, but only a few have high ratings, and the price for this kind of setup felt a bit high.
Next time we travel as a family, I'll definitely book two standard rooms. At least then we'll have space to move around; in this one, there wasn't even room to turn around with the whole family in it.

SSHAHRUL ISHAI stayed at Manhattan Condo for 3 days and 2 nights and overall had a comfortable experience. The unit was clean, modern, and well-equipped with basic amenities like Wi-Fi, kitchenware, and a washing machine, which made the stay convenient. The check-in process was smooth, and the host was responsive and friendly.
The location is strategic—just a short drive to Ipoh town, eateries, and attractions like Lost World of Tambun. The gym and swimming pool in the condo were kept up nicely, and the security system seemed dependable.
For families or small groups seeking a comfortable and reasonably priced stay in Ipoh, it's an excellent option overall. I would most certainly think about returning!

The check-in process was smooth, and the staff were generally friendly. However, I tried calling room dining but couldn’t get through — hope that can be improved. AAnonymous UserThe location is nearby the Cocubine Lane within 5 minutes walk。It has secure lock after midnight to come in the hotel so is safe. The room wall is just like the name bricks . It has very strong mouldy smell. Bed is not comfortable will sink when sleep. There is tV but no allow to ON it . no provide bottle water and also no provide slipper for bathroom,no toothbrush.The bathroom water no partition with toilet so have to becareful slippery after shower . Soundproof not that good .
