"I’ve never had such a terrible experience. First, the soundproofing was awful. I was assigned a room on the ground floor next to the front desk, and the second floor had wooden flooring. The sound of guests walking upstairs was amplified, and I could hear their conversations clearly. What made it worse was that the vibrations from upstairs caused dust and debris from the ceiling to fall directly onto my bed, which was incredibly frustrating. Furthermore, the room door was a wooden door with a lock and offered absolutely no sound insulation. In the middle of the night, with no staff around, other tenants would constantly ring the doorbell, presumably for service, then enter the common area. All these noises were clearly audible. I barely slept during my two-day stay. There were also a lot of mosquitoes. Although the guesthouse provided curtain spray and mosquito repellent spray, there were no mosquito coils or other repellent products. I sprayed myself from head to toe, but still got bitten awake by mosquitoes at night. Overall, the entire stay was extremely poor. The guesthouse is located in a residential area with no shops nearby, so it’s only suitable for guests with a car. The only positive was that the housekeeper was responsive, but unfortunately, there were no other rooms available. However, this is a fundamental issue with the property itself, and I don't believe changing rooms would have solved the problem."
