"The location is fantastic! It's a ten-minute walk to Pike Place Market, ten minutes to the subway station, and five minutes to the waterfront. It's quite clean. I stayed in a four-person dorm, which was a bit small, but perfect for a solo traveler. There's a small bar downstairs, and a kitchen with a fridge available. Showers are shared. The value for money is unbeatable, but be warned: there are many homeless people outside, and it can get a bit noisy at night as it's next to a bar. So, there are pros and cons. Overall, if you're looking to save money, it's a solid choice."

Very Good
GGuest UserBest motel we’ve been to these few years and great price for Seattle visit. Very clean, has A/C, clean linens/ towels which smell good, and hot shower with good water pressure. Kitchen has all the basics we need with a microwave, coffee maker and a good size fridge with separate freezer compartment. The motel is gated using a code to get in so I did feel safe. It’s a renovated motel so the bath room does have musty smell and mild water leakage. Thank you for all the efforts to provide a clean and comfortable room for our stay.
LLucien P. FantkeGood and easy check in. No apparent lift to second floor level. Easy parking. A little simple breakfast. Good location not too far from alki beach and comparably good price.
XXingzhe1028The house is old and has a history. The wooden planks creak when you walk. The bedding is clean, but the carpet on the wooden planks has a weird smell that can't be dissipated. Self-service check-in, room cleaning fee is required. There is free coffee and tea in the attic. Choose this place just to get close to Huada.
SSangduomeiriyangyaoThis is a cost-effective car hotel, on the highway roadside, a bit noisy at night. The door is much better than expected. The boss upgraded the suite, the room was quite big, and the bedding bathroom was very clean. The front desk service is warm. Suitable for self-driving passengers, free parking at the door.
JJoanne ReynonI didn't realize this was attach to The Virginia mason hospital so there was a wheelchair in the hallway and also medical staff was going through the hotel as well. It was a fair place to stay but wouldn't recommend a leisure stay.
FFiona5No staff onsite before 3pm so don’t arrive early. Offered check-in before midnight. Looks more like a motel than a hotel. Facilities are pretty old but overall it was quiet and there was no issue.
JJIAJINGA direct road from the city center, will come to live next time, the hotel has refurbished, health is good, nearby is the local auto parts city, play tired go back to sleep. Next time Seattle, I will choose this one.
LLingxiaI was a little worried because it was my first time staying abroad, but the room was clean, heated, and had Wi-Fi. There was plenty of shampoo, soap, a hairdryer, and towels, so I had no problems with the basics and it was very comfortable. There was a loud machine noise while I was sleeping. There was a convenience store on the other side of the road, and I could even buy alcohol at the new price. It was easily accessible from downtown, and the bus stop was a one-minute walk away.
