MM519193****Super satisfied! There is a special butler who is responsible for your diet and other arrangements every day. It is a Vietnamese lady. The English is very fluent. It will also have a little Chinese. The service is very good. Especially worth mentioning is that the dinner is particularly good. The ingredients are fresh. All kinds of seafood lobster sashimi. The abalone is oversized. The taste is really good. The price is full. Our room type is a balcony with foot soup. It is very special. It is very comfortable to watch the maple leaves in the courtyard. The hotel has private soup and public soup. Private soup needs to be reserved at one time every day. Free tea every day. Ice cream and milk are provided. The only possible location is relatively remote. It is not convenient for tourists who are not self-driving. There is no reception at the front desk when we first entered the check-in, which caused us to find a long time. But the whole is really good, very recommended

GGuest UserI booked this trip for my boyfriend's birthday! In conclusion, it was fantastic! I sent an email beforehand asking for help with a surprise, and they kindly agreed and even offered suggestions. On the day of our arrival, I was so excited, but we were warmly welcomed from the entrance, which made me very happy. We booked dinner and breakfast, and the portions were incredibly generous! My boyfriend was very satisfied and ate with a smile, saying how delicious it was! The hot springs were also great, and the view was wonderful. It was a truly happy time. As for the surprise, it was a huge success! The staff cooperated so well, and my boyfriend was overjoyed! It was a truly unforgettable trip! Thank you so much for a wonderful time! We will definitely use your services again!

SsisihuihuiThis stay at inatori got to be one of the best decisions made. The room came with an absolutely stunning sea view which made this trip from the bustling city worth it!! You need to add the breakfast and dinner to your package too because the food served are top quality and so so delicious. We ate till we were stuffed every single night!! There’s no other hotel that come close to this amazing experience we had here. We also enjoyed the private onsen which can be booked by paying +$$ As the place is very much catered to local tourists, most of the menu, instructions are in Japanese, so just use your translator app if you have any questions! They do have staff who can speak English / mandarin!

Llaughing878Overall very good, the hotel is also old, the facilities are complete but a bit old, it can be regarded as clean, the hot spring on the fifth floor can see the stars at night, the first floor is relatively small, the service staff is very warm, there is Chinese service, rice pick-up station has a shuttle bus

LLaoruanshirashaWe were extremely satisfied with our stay at this hotel in Atagawa. Every corner of the hotel was thoughtfully decorated, and the staff were very welcoming. The same young man handled both check-in and check-out, and we communicated fluently in English throughout. He provided detailed information, and since we hadn't booked dinner, he proactively recommended several nearby restaurants and local specialties. We even tried the nearby restaurants ”Nishiki” and ”Oboro.” He was especially considerate when we checked out, offering to drive us to the station – a very thoughtful gesture. During our stay, we also enjoyed the two outdoor onsen rooms on the third floor. Soaking in the hot spring while listening to the sound of the waves was truly relaxing. I highly recommend experiencing this hotel in Atagawa.

GGuest UserEven though I didn't get to use the hot springs, the scenery here is absolutely breathtaking! The service was also excellent, and the breakfast was delicious. What really stands out is the location – you can see the ocean right from your balcony, and there's a pool too. It's incredibly good value for money! Plus, the room had no weird smells and was very comfortable. I'd definitely come back here if I get the chance.

RRita0729A quiet onsen town, with traditional Japanese rooms. It's slowly becoming commercialized, and fewer places offer dinner and breakfast served in your room these days. This stay, however, was a great experience. Since it was our anniversary, the staff even arranged for us to have a pair of mandarin ducks in our room. They took photos of us and gifted them to us at check-out, which was a lovely touch. We visited on a weekday, so the public bath felt almost like a private one. Enjoying the public bath all to ourselves, gazing at the ocean and listening to the waves, was incredibly relaxing. The hotel's shuttle bus is super convenient, getting guests to Izu-Atagawa Station in just a minute.

GGuest UserThis is a bit worn out and simple hotel. The best things were the extremely friendly and helpful staff, as well as the super delicious dinner & breakfast that was included in the price. I ate maybe the most delicious croissant ever here. The variety and the quality of food was great. Things to improve are  the facilities, especially the onsen. It’s very small but more importantly, it wasn’t well maintained and there was no emergency button. When my mom felt like fainting, it wasn’t possible to call for help.  Also the air conditioner in the room was very loud, making it difficult to sleep. All in all, good stay.

GGuest UserThe view from the window was amazing, the swimming pool and other facilities were nice, and the location was convenient, but in terms of accommodation, the price-performance ratio was quite low… The Japanese-style room had a musty smell from the tatami mats, and the air felt stale. The comforter was dirty, with many yellow stains, and annoyingly, they were visible… I was devastated… I accidentally saw the bed being made, and the comforter and sheets might have touched the floor. Even worse, the side of the pillow that was touching the head might have been on the floor before being turned over and arranged… Luckily, I only stayed one night, but I couldn't accept it and wouldn't stay there again.

GGuest UserThe room facilities are very old and old, but they do not affect normal use. For self-driving, the hotel is in a good location, with parking spaces by the sea; not far from the tram station, but the station is halfway up the mountain, the hotel is on the beach at the foot of the mountain, and the slope of the road is very scary. The view from the window of the room is wide, just by the sea. There are many foreign employees in Southeast Asia, plus Japanese grandmothers, grandfathers, and unexpected enthusiasm. On the day of check-in, due to the traffic jam after 21:00, the hotel arranged for the grandfather to wait for us to give the key. Dinner should be eaten before 18:30. I originally told the hotel that I would not eat it, but I have been sending people to wait for us to check in and insist on eating for us. Service like. The public hot springs, the reason for being too old, look dirty. There is also a hot spring pool in the room, the same reason for being too old looks dirty, and finally used the shower. The room rate has two meals for breakfast and dinner, and everything is good, but the cooking level is average, not very tasty, a little waste of raw materials, family cooking level.
