I called the property a day before i got there and the man on the phone told me check in was at 11am and ******* also says 11am. When i got off my flight and was in an uber i called the property again and a woman told me check in was at 3pm. She ended up helping me get into my room a bit earlier than that which i appreciated, but my caed was charged $25 and she said it wasnt from her end and to contact *******. It was inconvenient, but since she was nice and allowed me into my room before 3pm i decided that it was fine. During my visit i saw around 6 bugs in my room that i had to buy bug spray for. Once again this was inconvenient but I decided to look past it. Around my third day when i came back from buying bug spray my door was open and some people were painting the door. I asked if i
could sit in the office but man at the office said it would take only 10 minutes and i could sit in my room while they did this but my door was open for over 30 mins and i was almost overwhelmed by the smell of paint i had to sit with, not to mention the bugs that were coming in because the door was completely open. The next day the same man told me that my door would have to be open again because they needed to clean the AC. He told me this time as well that it would take 10 mins (it took 40) and once again, flies entered my room because my door was open. Cleanliness and
my safety as a solo traveler was not respected and I did not enjoy most of my stay. Please work on this.
