Tong Bing hotel a value choice for convenience, cleanliness and comfort. There is a hot & cold dispenser and nice bed for a good sleep. Superb location near train station.

Our stay at tongbing was decently comfortable for one night. We were four in one room with lots of space and a couch. Also had a jug of water. Free breakfast included was yum. We were interrupted at 3 am by a loud beeping noise for 20 seconds but then it went off and other than that it was fine.

Good and staff are easy to call if you need help

Location is good, cleanliness needs improving. Services are nice, fried eggs, free adaptor.

The Hsinchu Railway Station is across the street which is great for a solo traveler like me on the go. Checking in is simple and smooth. The room I booked is relatively small with the queen-size bed taking up most of the space but not a problem for me. The small table allows me to do some writing. The “wet”-style bathroom takes getting used to for many foreign travellers but everything is functional and clean. The only downside is the noise outside and within the building, but earplugs allows me to drown it out when I sleep. Overall, for the low price, it is of good value.

It was a pleasant stay!

The location is very good, just 2 minutes away from Hsinchu Railway Station, and there are a lot of delicious food nearby. The room was moderately sized, but the smell of cigarette smoke was strong as soon as we entered the room. The air conditioner didn't dissipate until the next day, which was not good. The room next door was for rest. The phone kept ringing in the middle of the night, making us unable to sleep. Breakfast was included. Can!

The location is diagonally opposite the train station. It is very convenient to walk to the Chenghuang Temple for about 10 minutes. The hotel is relatively old and the space is not large. The room is clean. The air conditioner is cold enough and the water pressure in the shower is high. If you are a petty bourgeoisie who wants to save money and seek convenience, you can refer to it. There are not many dishes included in the breakfast, but it is full. In short, the advantage is convenient transportation.

The pillows and beds have a peculiar smell, which is "old people's smell". It is not dirty, but it feels like it has not been cleaned. The housekeeping staff should just change the pillowcases and quilt covers and do it cheaply. Then, there is no cold water at the sink, and its faucet function is only to adjust the flow of hot water; the room does not have central air conditioning, but a Daikin independent air conditioner is provided, which is okay.
