一、周圍環境：周圍什麼都沒有，周圍沒有吃飯的地方，也沒有超市小賣部，衹能跟酒店買早餐吃。距離西遊樂園打車半小時，來回都不好打車，而且打車非常貴。
二、酒店環境：酒店環境還行，比較普通，感覺不是美豪的水準，就是一個普通的酒店。
三、工作人員：工作人員態度非常差，主要有以下3件事：
（1）攜程上面顯示可以提前4小時入住酒店（也就是上午10點可以入住）。我們早上九點多到達酒店，詢問前台“現在是否有空的家庭房可以入住？如果沒有，我們想寄存一下行李。”
前台主管不帶思考的回答沒有。
之後前台主管查詢電腦之後管我們要身份證，也沒有説明現在什麼情況。幾分鐘之後，前台主管直接告知我們可以上去入住了。
（2）入住房間後，發現防盜鏈壞了，於是打電話給前台讓人來維修，幾分鐘之後打掃衞生的阿姨（注意不是維修師傅，是保潔阿姨）不敲門也不詢問，直接刷卡就進。
（3）因防盜鏈問題我們找到客房主管説：因為我們現在要出去，沒辦法在這等着維修防盜鏈，所以如果有空房，是否可以給我們換個房間？
客房主管上來第一反應不是表示歉意，而是反問我們有沒有動房間內的東西。我們表示什麼都沒動之後，她直接刷開了相鄰的房間（一間空的家庭房）。我們發現新開的房的防盜鏈也是壞的，客房主管立刻又刷開了第三間（又一間空的家庭房）————
所以説前台主管跟我們説沒有空房這是在幹什麼？！這一連3間全是空房，前台就可以不加思考的跟客人説沒有！
四、酒店價格比較貴，早餐很普通，餃子和餛飩像是速凍的。

高鐵東站公交車16分鐘直達酒店門口，周邊啥都沒有，到市區景點要轉兩趟公交車。感受慣了某朵之類的熱情服務，感覺當天前台服務很不熱情，個別人也不夠專業。所謂的歡迎水果和下午茶都在酒店大堂，全部自取，水果和小零食各4種，泡好的茶水2壺，也有現磨咖啡和茶葉若干，缺泡茶杯、壺等工具。作為美豪特色的下午茶就在人來人往的大堂，面對前台享用似乎少了一些誠意。這也是N多城市美豪首次見識。二樓直對電梯的房間面積相對大，隔離區分挺友好（圖二）。早餐在二樓餐廳，雖品種不多，但服務人員態度很好，建議餐廳內禁煙🚭。

房間面積很大，光照好。衞生間乾濕完全分離，效果不錯。房間裏放了“小度”，可以隨時放音樂，有特色。早餐也不錯。衹是酒店離開吾悦廣場有大約1公里，對於不開車的人來説少方便。

酒店位置絕佳，就在市政府邊上，去周總理紀念館也很方便。設施齊全合時，服務快捷熱情，早餐比較豐富，停車位稍微緊張，衞生乾淨整潔，性價比比較高。

自駕去安吉，過路選擇了這裏。首先，二百多一晚家庭房，價錢非常划算，尤其是趕上過年期間，這個價格很良心。距離河下古鎮等車程大概十來分鐘，早餐沒有吃不評價。礦泉水無限免費供應是加分項，一樓大堂還有免費的小零食和現磨咖啡。

來淮安的第二次入住，體驗感很棒，下單時點了歡迎水果，前台有一個小的茶吧，有小點心水果和現磨咖啡，中午時候就下來喝個早茶🍵。房間乾濕分離，建議洗髮露沐浴液的泵頭更換一下使用更方便，洗手枱旁放了香薰，除了電視都是可以通過小度聲控，智能方便，比較乾淨。前台小姐姐告訴晚上還有夜間一碗麪活動，真的很貼心的酒店。旁邊不遠就是吾悦廣場，交通也很方便，打車到東站20分鐘。真心很不錯的體驗！

也會告知周邊吃飯的餐館之類的場所
居然下雨天還給準備了客人用的雨傘
這可真是太貼心了

還送了聖誕小點心
