前台工作人員服務很好，很熱情，地理位置離市中心很近，客房環境也很乾凈很衞生，洗漱用品也是牌子的，以後還會再訂的👍視頻咋傳不上去🤣

不錯 酒店環境還可以 衞生服務也很好 就是晚上隔音有點差 能聽到外面放的音樂 不過還能忍受 而且幫忙升級了房型 總體評價不錯 如果下次去淮安玩也會訂這個酒店的

很滿意得入住體驗，非常好。帶孩子出來旅遊，選擇入住維也納，周邊環境好，臨近市中心，前台小美女服務熱情，房間乾淨整潔，設施齊全，小度語音控制，智能化，入住期間房間還贈送了純牛奶和哇哈哈，真的很好，前台很耐心的介紹周邊得旅遊風景，真的很好，早餐也非常豐富可可。酸奶麪包。

前工作人員服務到位，入住體驗感好，進大廳就能聽見工作人員熱情的打招呼，辦理完成後，主動指引房間方位，指引電梯方向。出門忘了帶充電器，打電話到前台，前台工作人員立馬就送上來，速度很快，早餐豐富美味，自助餐形式的，以後還來住。

前台服務好，走道有香芬的味道，特別好聞，房間乾淨整潔，洗手枱大，方便放東西，床墊睡的很舒服，失眠不好，前台還特意安排一個安靜的房間，晚上還贈送水果送到房間，真的很棒，旅遊出差首選。
